He took the time to really listen to the problems I was having and even helped me figure out what was wrong with the furnace right there on the spot—he fixed it without charging me anything. None of the other companies I called even tried to look at the real issue; they just wanted me to buy a brand-new furnace. My partner and I have hired Chavez & Sons Roofing & Construction for regular servicing of our air conditioners at home and our rental places, along with one new AC installation and a few big repairs. We have always been happy with the quality of their work and how skilled their technicians like Brian are. They are honest about what repairs are really needed and what can wait, and their prices are usually better than the big HVAC companies in Allendale. My thermostat suddenly stopped working and my heater wouldn’t turn on. I called a local heater repair service in Allendale after seeing a recommendation online. Brian came out quickly and got my heat working again in no time. He figured out the issue fast, suggested a new thermostat, and even showed me where to get a good deal on it. While I wait for the new part, he put in a temporary thermostat so I wouldn’t be without heat. Brian really knows his stuff, and I’ll definitely reach out to him for any future heater repairs. I really appreciated how fast he came out, especially on a weekend. I highly recommend their heater repair service!
