Reviews of local pros in Allendale, New Jersey

Dealing with water damage and mold in your home can feel overwhelming, but this restoration team made everything so much easier. Craig came to inspect the damage and shared helpful advice about the cleanup process. When Ruben and his crew arrived for the water damage restoration and mold remediation, they were absolutely professional and efficient. From setting up their equipment to finishing the job, they worked quickly and left everything spotless. I had to call them back when I noticed some water issues with my air conditioning system, and once again, they handled it perfectly. Having this team on your side is a huge relief when you're facing water damage at home. I am so grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing water damage restoration in New Jersey.

After an upstairs toilet overflowed and caused water damage in our living area, we needed emergency water damage restoration in Allendale. The crew arrived in less than 45 minutes, even though it was late at night. They jumped right in, stopping the water flow, cleaning, sanitizing, and getting everything opened up for a full mitigation process. The team came back the next morning and got all the spaces ready. They carefully covered all the furniture, used plastic sheets to protect the carpets, and built a clean room while removing the damaged ceiling. Once the ceiling was out, they set up powerful dryers and humidifiers in the affected rooms to get rid of extra moisture. For the next two days, Ruben and Micah came back to check moisture levels and move the equipment as needed. Today, they finished up by removing all their gear, and now the room is ready for new drywall and painting. We are so pleased with the work that we plan to use them for the rest of the restoration as well. We have a 93-year-old family member living with us, and the crew has been very thoughtful about her situation, making sure to help us return the home to normal as quickly as possible. They are also working with our insurance company to keep the process moving smoothly. i would highly recommend this water damage restoration team to anyone in Allendale. every worker has been helpful, professional, and kind throughout the whole process.

As new homeowners, we were thrilled about our move to Allendale. However, we discovered during the inspection that our home was not adequately insulated. This led us to start looking for a solution, and we came across Ross, Geoffrey, and their team. Ross reached out to us, and we had an informative phone call about what our home needed to meet the standard regulations. Ross inspected our attics, crawl space, and exterior, explaining the different types of insulation needed in various parts of the house. He walked us through the property, making us understand how insulation could save us money. Our home required considerable work in all areas, and with Geoffrey's help, they devised a plan to meet all the code requirements. We also had an issue with rodents, and they assisted us in identifying the problem areas. They coordinated with our other service providers to ensure the insulation was installed correctly, preventing any disturbance to our cables and wires. When we faced a snag with another inspection, they patiently waited for us to resolve it and kindly adjusted us back into their schedule to keep us on track. We had an unusual access door to the crawl space, but Geoffrey and his team ingeniously found a solution to prevent any unwanted four-legged guests from entering. Throughout the entire process, Geoffrey was easily reachable via email or text. He and his team were transparent and a pleasure to work with. We were fortunate to have met Ross, Geoffrey, and their team, and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of insulation or air duct cleaning services. We look forward to hiring them in the future for our air duct cleaning needs.

jamie and the team are the best at finding and fixing air duct issues. they cleaned my dryer vent and then noticed the vent cap on the roof wasn’t working right. it’s a three-story townhouse with the vent cap way up top, but that wasn’t a problem for them. jamie climbed up and saw that the flap on the cap was stuck because of old paint. it had been like that since the townhouse was built, because painters got paint all over the vent caps. nobody else wanted to go up that high, but jamie took care of it. honestly, setting up the ladders took longer than fixing the vent cap. they came out quickly, and now our dryer works perfectly and dries clothes the first time. good day air duct cleaning did a great job!
