Unfortunately I sign up with Lowe’s to install generator and used their contractor Hammer Electric that was their recommended contractor. Nothing constructive was done for 10 weeks will not answer phone calls. After complaining to Lowe’s they finally send HOA application with no useful data to HOA which was place on hold. In application some how name of contract changed to Quality electric and generator signed by Frank. After waving for other four week with no action started dispute for deposit. Contractor at this point decided to cancel contract and proceeded to charge me with restocking fees of 20%. As per contract they were using stoked generator and did not furnish any service or equipment they preferred to take deposits rather than finish the job. It appears this was scam by Lowe’s manager along with shady contractors HAMMER ELECTRIC to pocket restocking feed rather than make money doing job. By the way Lowe’s credit card is in to scam too. They will side with Lowe’s. STAY AWAY FROM LOWES. If I can I will give them -5 star.

Javi was great. Showed up on time and got the job done well

Hopefully they are better at electrical then they are at driving. The ones driving the vans suck.

Javier did a great job installing the ceiling fan. He was cordial, neat and quick.

Brett was knowledgeable, personable and a great troubleshooter. I will request him the next time I need an electrician.

I hired Hammer Electric to install a sauna in an accessory structure in my backyard. They trenched from the main house to the sauna without breaking any sprinkler lines or damaging any tree roots. The fact that they did this manually, knowing that they could have used a machine, was extremely courteous. Sauna works as expected. Thank you.

This electrician overcharges and double chargers. They installed wiring and GFI outlets at our facility, and weeks later when we activated the system, two of the GFI outlets did not work. We informed Hammer of the issue, and they fixed it, but charged us again for the work. We should not have been charged again as the outlets were not installed properly the first time.

Also, we asked them to install three led lighting fixtures. The wiring was already in place, all that was needed was screwing the fixtures to the rafters in the garage and connecting to the existing wiring. For that we were charged $300.

The representative was punctual and knowledgeable. He provided clear details and a fair quote, keeping the customer’s needs in mind.

Finally saved enough pennies to have a stand-by generator installed as well as a new electrical panel. Called Michael, the owner, for an appointment to look over my needs. He arrived
promptly and explained everything in detail concerning installation, permits and propane gas supplies for the generator. I decided to use Hammer Electric for this job without another estimate due to his knowledge, professionalism and nearby business. I am 100% sure that the job will be beyond my expectations. I am looking forward to Michael and his crew doing a job that will make my wife very happy by never having to worry about being in the dark again. Happy wife, happy life!

They do great work; they are courteous and arrive on time. Their receptionist is always helpful and courteous, and their service manager strives to facilitate any possible concerns. They also inform you of cost before proceeding and explain the breakdown of services.
