This review is long overdue, but Charlie replaced our old sewage line. Great work by him and his crew. A full year later and no issues. Will be calling him for all future plumbing needs.

Like many others, I had an emergency and needed a plumber as soon as possible. We were taking in an alarming amount of water in our basement on a dry day and the water company gave us the news "it's your main water supply, it's your responsibility". It was our worst nightmare. We had the water turned off and we frantically began searching for a plumber on a Thursday evening. Charlie called me back the same night and we set up an appointment for an estimate first thing the next morning, which was already reassuring because I either did not receive return calls from the other companies I contacted or was told it would be 'sometime in the afternoon'.
As expected, he was at my door bright and early the next morning. For the giant undertaking this job was, Charlie's quote was exceptionally fair. He also cleared his schedule for the day so he could replace our galvanized water line and turn our water back on for the holiday weekend.
The moment we were able to run our faucets on that Friday afternoon, was the biggest relief. This began as an absolute nightmare and Charlie literally saved the day. We had clean, safe, running water for the weekend and beyond. It's also a relief to know that we've got a fantastic and capable plumber in Charlie for all of our future needs.

Great service & highly recommend

I telephoned 3 times over 2 weeks and left messages. someone did recommend them to me. I got a very brief voicemail once and no further response .

We were recommended to them via one of their family members only to be hit with an outrageous bill because they failed to disclose that they planned on charging us 145.00 an hour to drive to and gladly charged us for two hours when the trip is at most 1 hour round trip (56 mins via gps) and they were in our house for 15 mins ! After their version of an itemize list we should of only been a third at most but they are asking for over three hundred dollars ,even after a micro adjustment we are stuck huge bill for little work . Needless to say they will not be installing our new full and half baths in our house . Being upfront and resanonble is not too much to ask !!!!
