Great work! We had a 17 year old awning from a previous owner that was covered in black mold and dirt. Ryan preformed miracles and it now looks brand new! The whole experience was great. Great communication, informative, and professional!

I just used Parkway Powerwash to clean the exterior of my home and decking and they exceeded my expectations in every way. Ryan and Austin are professional, and take great pride in their work. They went above and beyond to thoroughly clean all outdoor surfaces.

I have a tall, challenging house with a rooftop deck, two other fiberglass decks, a back composite deck and a LOT of railing. All surfaces were treated with care. The price was very good, especially considering the final result.

I asked people in my community for recommendations to powerwash my house. I was a little surprised by how many volunteered Ryan and his Parkway Powerwash team. Now I know why. From the very first email, they make it super easy - they come by to look at the job, send an email with the quote, use a really easy platform to accept or handle modifications to the quote, and are really accommodating when it comes to scheduling. They are great communicators and send plenty of reminders that your appointment is coming up. I didn’t have to move anything off my deck - just shut the windows. Ryan arrived when he said he would and did a great job. So long pollen, dust and bird crap! He even threw in a quick once over on my concrete driveway! A local guy who does a bang up job at a fair price. No hesitation at all recommending him. UPDATE: the first part is my review from 2023. I was so satisfied I contacted Ryan again for a 2024 cleaning. Same great service, same speedy replies, and same price as 2023! They were on site and busy for almost 8 straight hours. No reason to try anyone else.

Extremely satisfied with the professionalism and service provided by Parkway Powerwash. The exterior of my house including windows, gutters and foundation all look new…they even cleaned additional things that were not included. Excellent experience overall and will continue to use their service in the future.

Parkway Powerwash is absolutely outstanding. Ryan is wonderful to deal and so responsive to any questions or concerns. We had our patio and fire pit power washed and they looked like new. In addition, we had our deck power washed and stained. The deck came out looking so good that people thought the boards were a Trex product.

Parkway Powerwash did a great job cleaning the exterior of our house, as well as the walkways and the pool deck. Previously they also cleaned our sidewalk next to the curb. It went from dark grey to like new white, and it still looks great.

May 2, 2025: Parkway Powerwash exceeded expectations for our spring power washing. Excellent job overall, with great attention to detail cleaning our Trek patio deck and pool concrete deck. They even cleaned our grill to look like new. Their tech Austin came on time and he was very thorough. Good value!

June 26, 2025. Parkway Powerwash did an excellent job for The Presbyterian Church at Shrewsbury. Now the exterior of our Fellowship Hall looks like new. They also throughly cleaned all walkways and patios around the building and also our Remembrance Walkway with engraved pavers. Great service and great value!

3rd year with Parkway Powerwash. Easy to schedule, they definitely do any follow up calling/answering ?/scheduling. Power washing was professional, neat and priced right. A soft wash was applied due to my house & deck being painted wood & not vinyl sided, and that made all the difference in my choosing this company. Would recommend without hesitation. Price is very responsible as well. Will see myself scheduling next year as well.

Parkway power wash did a great job on my home. They washed my house, walkways and patio furniture. They arrived on time, Austin was great, and worked all day. At the end of the job, Austin urge me to walk around and make sure that everything was all right. I would highly recommend them.
