Frank was the man! A bone was jammed in the disposal, I thought we were going to have to buy a new one. Not thrilled about the price, for a loyal client… he was here for 10 min… spent more time finding out how much they need to charge us. We would have happily paid what they typically charge, not over 100% over the last visit. Frank was the best we have worked with at Jersey Boyz so far.

John the technician was very friendly and explained all the particulars of job. He did a clean and efficient job in an appropriate time frame. I recommend Jersey Guys for sump pump replacement and the other services they offer.

Overall, Frank was a good plumbing mechanic. Bob Ryan operates a professional business and a tight ship

The work was done well. I did have to resolve a clog issue on my own after they left. I would have given 5 stars if i didn’t have to remove the trap and clear myself. Not to say that the clog was the techs fault but leak under vanity should have been spotted during testing at jobs end. Once that was fixed. I have had no issues. The work was done very neat and I would hire again for any issues. The clog was an unfortunate circumstance.

I had Jersey Boys come out to fix a leaking pipe in my kitchen. They were fully booked when I called, but they still managed to squeeze me in and sent a plumber within two hours. The issue was fixed the price was very reasonable, and I'm very satisfied with their service.

As always, Jersey Boys comes through with a 6 out of 5 stars! This was the first time I had to call for services after normal business hours. The CS rep who took my call was very professional and accommodating. She was able to schedule a next day service apportionment for a morning time window but I work so I wouldn't be home. She quickly offered a next day afternoon timeframe to accommodate my schedule...with zero hassle! The technicians arrived on time and were prompt to diagnose and fix the problems. They never do work unless approved by the homeowner and they are exceptionally transparent about the work being done and the cost. Highly recommend.

I submitted a form on their website. I love how they sent me a text rather than calling me to reach out to them at a time convenient for me. Jacki was very pleasant and easy to work with. She explained the membership program to me. Such a great arrangement! We scheduled for them to service my heater. And as a member I got a free evaluation of our water treatment system. Before arrival the technicians all called and I got a text with their picture which I love. Very reassuring. They were all very knowledgeable. They made recommendations but weren’t pushy at all. And Jacki followed up after to make sure I didnt have any follow up questions. Very impressed with the service so far!

So I originally rated them 5 stars, but after speaking with some people and looking back on the experience I had with them, I have to change my review. They replaced my strainers, and they are very nice, but I was overcharged for the job which I regret not seeing at the time. On top of that, when they came in for a diagnostic, they just gave me the run-around telling me about small issues that didn't have anything to do with the larger problem (which another company later figured out for me), and they told me I would have to become a member and make yearly payments in order to actually have my problem figured out (which again, another company came in and pinpointed it immediately without the need to become a member). They have a very good image to them, and I am sure they do good work, but it seems like they overcharge and try to get as much money out of you as possible, it did not leave me with a good feeling.

Frank and Peeps know their craft! Awesome job and fixed everything that needed to be addressed and a timely manner with communication throughout the whole process. Very happy with the results.

Chris was very knowledgeable, respectful, and pleasant to have in my house! He even called before hand and asked if I wanted coffee! The company sent him out within 10 minutes of my phone call!

Had a last minute issue with our food truck and had a pinched propane line in need of replacement. Made one call and within 3 hours they were at the job and fixed. Absolutely pleasure dealing with Frank and Steve and these guys are great. Will absolutely use them whenever a need presents itself. Great company

Matt was great. Great communication. Got all supplies he needed and came back. Had us up and running in about 2 hours. Very happy. As always with this company. Awesome - highly recommend.
