SCAM ALERT they sold me so many items that were broken upon arrival that I lost a huge amount of money with them. And they wouldn't stand behind the items and take them back.

This is just the worst vendor I've ever dealt with. They have taken money from me for product I haven't bought and have refused to refund. They maintain that I'm not entitled to a refund and that I am obligated to place an order. They are pompous and rude. I will spread this message as much as I can.

Reached out to the owner Joe Levy today. Was looking to get a quote on a few items for the organization i work for. I suspect he thought i was going to sell him something because as i mentioned my name he rudely interupted me, and hung up. Looks like he is not going to be getting any of my business, i'd greatly urge others to avoid going there as well

I have had the opportunity to review closely some of the work JadenElectric does and the quality matches the hype around them. I have seen them take on large scale projects with in ground wiring to emergency servicing electrical boxes for large banks. They truly can do it all and no job is too large for them. The team leadership is organized and well managed and easy to get in contact through their site. They post their contact information all over the website. Unload fast! Just a heada up back into the driveway from the street. If you go in nose first you won't able to turn around with a 53 footer.

For drivers of semis some people say to back in from the street this is an option or you can pull straight in and pull all the way down and blind side into the docks especially if their isn’t another truck in the docks. If you back in from the street it is aight side but you have to back around the corner of the building and it is a little tighter than the blind side so just take what your more comfortable with I guess

The receptionist in the NJ office is rude. She always has an attitude and gives off the vibe that she does not want to be there. You will get huffed at if you ask anything to her . I guess its acceptable as management was just as rude/ unpleasant. Please beware before calling this place that you will not receive customer service , you will receive attitude. Only plus was my order was ready for pickup as promised and the warehouse worker who helped me was pleasant; he must not have to deal with the office.
