I found Trenchless (a.k.a. According to reviews on google, I discovered Drain and Water. Axel a gentleman came to my house and we discussed the project. He was very knowledgeable and professional. After comparing other options, I've decided to choose them.
They carried out the requested task - replacing sewer lines. At the same time, they discovered that my steel water pipe is rusted and offered to replace this while still on-site.
Axel & the team did an amazing job, they communicated very effectively (text updates, photos & videos, etc.). They also helped pass the city inspections and obtain permits!

Expertise, expertise and efficiency in the replacement of section of house pipe that was leaking at solder connection. Work was completed within 2 hours, at a price that is very reasonable. I would recommend him for any kind of plumbing project.

Charles' team was composed of Miguel, Guillermo as well as another gentleman. Charles, with his experience and expertise, was able easily to lead a team. The team could work more quickly, efficiently, with greater responsibility. A sense of humour and wit are other qualities that they possess. Then, they cleaned the area thoroughly and performed tests to verify that all equipment was in good working order.

This is the review of my tour. Veronica, a leasing specialist from AP, accompanied me on a tour a few weeks ago. Veronica was polite, professional, and thorough when she gave me a tour.

My favorite part of my tour was the apartment. The apartment had a spacious bedroom with a sitting room, and it was located in the corner of the building. I was attracted to the decor, which had an industrial style with a minimalist flair. The common rooms were airy and well designed.

Though I didn't buy this particular apartment, I recommend the area and this place to anyone in search of a new home. In fact I may return soon.

George Lopez from City Plumbing is the man! He is honest, upfront, and tells you the situation regardless of gaining your business or not. I had a clogged drain line in my kitchen for weeks I failed to fix. He came in and got my line back up and running. I picked his brain for his professional option on my new house. He gave me the cold hard truth about my system, but it was good to know. My home warranty covered me, less my deductible, so the cost was excellent. I asked him for a follow up quote for more work, which he did. George is a great guy to talk to, shoot the breeze, and is very personable. I respect professional men like George. Because of his work ethic, honesty, and pleasant demeanor I will be calling City Plumbing again. FYI if you are going to buy a home call this guy out before you sign for the house. He can tell you what the plumbing system is missing and will need once you move in. Give these a shot.

Dave is the best in what he does. Over the years, I've had to have several companies remove clay pipes from an older house. Dave is the best. I knew I would call him the next time he came to my house. It was only two weeks later that I found out! The work is done well and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I rent a condo and my landlord uses a service. This service puts service calls out so whatever company CAN do the service will grab. So not once but twice A & E service technician supposed to come fix my dryer and he calls to cancel. And then sends an email stating they showed up and I wasn’t there WHICH IS A COMPLETE LIE. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s ridiculous and poor business to me.

Our experience was a good one . they cleaned all the lint out of our HVACs, the dryer and unclogged our fireplace and cleaned our fireplace. very reasonably priced and they were professional .

He made a great impression right off the bat, taking care not to leave any footprints on my floors. When he assessed my HVAC issues, he explained everything clearly without trying to push any additional sales.

As it turned out, the existing system was nearing 30 years old and had several leaks and design flaws that made it unacceptable. Andrei handled all the details with purchase of new systems, deliveries, and installation, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. During the installation itself, he and his team arrived prepared with floor coverings to protect my home.

Throughout the day, Andrei provided regular updates on the status of the installation and ensured everything was spotless when they finished. Even after the job was done at 9 pm, they stayed late to explain how the new systems worked and answered any questions I had without rushing me. Overall, a fantastic experience that has earned my strong recommendation.
