Carlos came to my apartment and painted the bathroom sink as well as both refinished and then painted the shower/bath tub. He completed excellent work and would recommend him to anyone using Central Pro Services.

As a tenant, I understand that property managers will look for the cheapest service available and they got exactly what they paid for. If you ever watch a refinishing tub video you will see that the tub is sanded to take the old paint so the surface can be smooth and the product adheres better. Leaving a beautiful almost as nothing happened finish on the tub. This is not the case. It looks smudged, with texture.Traces of brush or hair and obviously able to see the layer of paint that was beneath it.
Professional services or cheap services?
Anywho, I'm just a tenant that would love to see good quality in professional services. If I was to move in to the apartment, and I see something like that, that would let me know what type of management I will be dealing with for the rest of the year, and will make me determine if I want to stay.

I just experienced this guy work yesterday...He workers were very sloppy. Scraping & working without drop cloths !!!!!! He was spraying house coat & didnt tape off anything ??? I asked him why are paintng stucco when its going to rain ? He stated it has enough time to set up!!!!! It literally rained an hour or so after painting !!!!! He charges a ton of money & workmanship is horrible!!!!! He's speaks ignorantly & I highly dont suggest this company. He also took off a whole front side gutter during the rain !!!!!! Why would u take a cutter off during the rain ? All the water & moisture goes into the house !!!!!!! He didnt even cover or tarp off the area to protect .... When questioned he was very defensive & acted childish . I asked him of all his workers were legal citizens & was paying workmanship comp. He said they were all private contractors.. Which i believe to be a lie . His picking up day workers who aren't legal citizens . If one of them gets hurt on ur property while working it could turn into a nitemare !!!!! I also informed him i would report him .... I can only imagine how much $$ hes paying to ilegal workers ? After my experience yesterday I wanted to warn everyone about this guy... 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

UPDATE: I saw the owners message and called the company. I left my number for a call back since all the call agents were busy. I have yet to hear back. I do not recommend. Please stay away.

horrible. would not recommend. they came to resurface my tub and they made a huge mess. not only did they pour paint down my drain, the tub is already cracking after a week of use. i followed all instructions and it’s already cracking. the tech that came out was rude and kept leaving to smoke cigarettes. he said he had to mix paint but he just needed to smoke cigarettes. upon his entry, i asked if he had shoe covers and he rudely said no and continued walking to the bathroom. no care for my belongings. he stained my carpet because of his shoes. now not only did i have to pay for another company to come out and unclog the drain that he poured paint down. but i have to pay for a carpet cleaning company because he stained my carpet. do not use this company for tub resurfacing.

A driver/painter parked in a handicap space of an apartment's parking lot space, blocking others who needed it. When few residents politely asked him to move to an available spot, of which there were many free spots, they were calm, but he became very confrontational, and the situation almost turned physical, initiated by the driver/painter himself. For Central Pro Services to protect their reputation and avoid fines, the company should ensure their drivers understand proper parking etiquette and use some de-escalation skills.
