Giving a ONE star review only because there is NOT an option for ZERO. This company is ridiculous. I placed an order for a part that cost one amount and by the end of the business day (for them) they sent an email telling me they were going to charge us almost $400 more. This is NOT very good business. I have already quoted the customer the cost. We can't do that. That is not fair to them or to our business. I believe that you have to sale us the part at the cost we bought it at and NOT wait as long as you have to let us know about the change. I left a message yesterday and called again today. Was told the person in charge of the store was there, then suddenly he was not. They take NO responsibility for the price change, they are shifting the blame on to the manufacturing company.
