I have have used FrancoBuilt a couple of times now. The first time was for a remodel of a kitchen and a bathroom. The second time was a complete repaint of my house in preparation for sale. In both cases his team did a great job. Tomas is reliable and shows up when he says he will (which is unusual in Jersey City). For my last job with him, I could not even get other contractors to show up reliably to do the estimates. Tomas both showed up to do the estimate and to do the work.

Francobuilt was recommended by my neighbor who has used them for several projects. Therefore I decided to give it a try. They even started the project while I was on vacation. The owner was very responsive and he knew what he was doing. He tried hard to make sure his customers were happy about his work. He would redo his work if customers were not satisfied. He was also nice enough to fix a few things for me. His crew cleaned up the project area and left me like a showroom condition. My impression was they were very easy to work with and worth trusting. I am more than happy to use them again in my future projects because of the professionalism. Francobuilt, thank you for your excellent work.

T Franco Construction is amazingly awesome. The price is affordable, and the quality of work is outstanding. T Franco is on point; super quick, clean and hardworking. I’m very happy with the service provided. My HO insurance was also very satisfied with T Franco. Totally recommend T Franco for home repairs as the hardworking team will be on time and meet your expectations. 5 Stars is not enough; T Franco gets 10 Stars from me.

They did a total gut of my living room. They did a phenomenal job. Tomas was very attentive to what we wanted. They were great cleaning up after themselves. My husband and I are very satisfied with the final result and love spending time in our new up to date living room. Will definitely hire them for future jobs.

Tomas is the best construction man I’ve worked with, like my favorite electrician Mr Tony Piazza. He checks his men’s work, sometimes they miss small things but he fixes it right away. He’s also very fair in pricing what a good man, doesn’t take advantage of home owners.
Tomas is calm, thorough, helpful and professional. I was demanding and he worked with me. It was a big project and he delivered! Outstanding work!
He is now my go to construction guy and he knows it.

We were recommend Francobuilt to remodeled our bathroom. I had limited time to get it done due to work schedule. We met to go over what we wanted to do and after suggestions from both sides, he set the timeline to two weeks. I was pleased, amazed and a bit skeptic. But to my surprise, as soon as we said go, it was none stop for two weeks. He made sure that everyday someone was at the house working on the project. His staff was awesome. Did not have any issues with them at all. Very professionals, trustworthy and on time. He was always in communication as to what was going to happen and what he needed from us in order to finish the project on time. He has great suggestions and he always made sure that we were satisfied with the work as it went alone. Could not be more satisfied with the results. Looking forward to next project.

I recommend Franco Built. They were very professional, knowledgeable and don’t take advantage of people. I hired them for a small project and seeing the great job they were doing I increased the project to renovating my entire kitchen, all the floors in my home and a brick wall in my living room. I hired FrancoBuilt to build an addition to my second floor apartment. After having contacted about a dozen contractors, Tomas was the only builder that helped me find an
architect to draw the blueprints. The project was completed in a little over two months as promised and I’m very happy with the results. My new family room space looks beautiful and modern. Tomas is knowledgeable, calm and detailed-oriented and his workers are very nice and hardworking so I would definitely recommend them. Tomas himself built me a frame for my new electric fireplace which I love and he even installed my new television set on the wall above it.

We recently hired Franco Built Construction for major home construction and renovation work, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Tomas has been our contractor for ~ 5 jobs. No job is too big or too small for Tomas. We’ve done full renovation of a house, gutter repair, skylight waterproof, bathroom leaking resolution, stair rail install over the years. Tomas is efficient, on time and well equipped.

I am so pleased I went through with Dela Cruz Home Improvement for my renovation process. It was my first renovation and they made the process so much easier. They communicate on updates often, follow through with commitments and are incredibly professional. The team is very talented and has a lot of experience; they handled my 3 bedroom gut renovation seamlessly and on schedule. They made my house a home and I’m so pleased with the result. Owner is verbally impulsive, manipulative, disrespectful, PREDATOR on any lack of knowledge you may have, intimidates with stating he will get a lawyer etc. if you don’t pay right away even when the work hasn’t been done/completed/agreed to. Does not come to site to check and ensure job is being done correctly so workers do whatever they want including talking on the phone all day and while improperly working on your home and messing things up. IF YOU HIRE THESE GUYS YOU WILL PAY DOUBLE – After you pay them you will need to pay someone to FIX ALL OF IT!
Hired them for kitchen and bathroom and it was horrible. I had to do so many things on my own. They finish nothing, never ensure something is completed correctly but very fast to demand payment etc. Things look horrible. It looks like I picked someone up off the home depot parking lot and they did it.
1. DESTROYED my plumbing- it literally looked like a shark took a bite out of my plumbing I had to hire a professional plumber and pay a high price to fix the plumbing alone)
2. PUT DEBRIS DOWN MY PLUMBING and FLOODED my basement The care lessness of these guys. Another BILL I had to foot.
3. I had to measure my own square footage to obtain tiles for bathroom – asked foreman multiple time over a week he never gave them –
They will improperly and carelessly install everything!
4. Spackle job LUMPY and CLUMPY
5. Shower head, spout, valve, and foot lock closure improperly installed/misaligned
6. Tiles installed improperly
7. Left silicone glue all over the place
8. Light switch cover left missing screws and improperly placed
LIST GOES ON AND ON. They say they can complete jobs that they don't have the professional skill for. The entire experience was very saddening but valuable lesson learned.
