An amazing professional service done by a great small business owner. Paul gave me an estimate and time for my service on the same call while other guys overvalued or promised to call back and didn’t follow through. I asked if he could come earlier due to a change of schedule and he tried his best and made it happen. My mattress is cleaner than ever and without hurting my wallet.

Pauls service was awesome! I called him last minute in the morning hoping he was able to come that same day...and he did! I am so impressed by his work and ability to clean our couch immaculate. I have 2 dogs who put plenty of stains on our couch and Paul was able to get every single one out! I will definitely be calling Paul and AFC in the future and recommending them.

Paul was awesome, super fair pricing, no gimmicks or upselling. He cleaned our two tan couches and our tan carpeted stairs, everything looks great! I'm actually going to have him come back and clean our carpets soon. Very much recommend this company to anyone and all I know!

Never thought I would say carpet cleaners could be a joy to work with, but Paul and the crew at A Friendly Carpet have been great every time we've used them. Easy to work with, accommodating of our schedule, and pleasant and professional the whole time. And our carpets and rugs look fantastic — no easy feat considering we have two kids who spill a stunning amount of stuff on our rugs. Strong recommend to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned!

At first I was extremely satisfied with the cleaning that was done by Paul and his partner Diego! Their level of cleaning Is much more thorough in comparison to Stanley steemers. They use different tools to suction the carpet, removing lots of embedded debris etc. They were able to get up a huge oil stain on my carpet, remove urine stains from a dog and really get everything looking good. My only gripe is being the kind-hearted appreciative, person that I am, I decided to pay him and I tipped him $40 (which is rare for me) and it was in advance and unfortunately I had to leave them in my home because I had to go take care of something else and I honestly feel that they did not put the same 100% energy while I was watching them compared to when I left. They didn't put my furniture back and there were three stains that were left on the carpet. They did such an amazing job on the oil stain that I am confident they would've been able to get the others out because the oil stain was a lot worse! Unfortunately not everyone doesn't have the same integrity that I expect. Overall, great cleaning! Yes would use again. Hopefully this doesn't happen again or they definitely will be losing a customer.

Paul did an amazing job!!! I’m so happy I listened to all the other good reviews. My dog had the same spot he would have accidents on our bedroom rug. Paul got all the stains out and our carpet looks brand new!! Will definitely be calling him again for our next cleaning.

Do not use this place he gives you one price and then when he comes the price goes up. Also hi got my tv soaked with water and when I brought it up with him he said to let the tv dry out a couple of days. STAY AWAY from this place. He also doesn’t mention in his comment he was running a special any 2 rooms for 195.00 I guess he forgot about that also he never did anything to address the tv issue be the knows he is wrong

Paul’s carpet cleaning service is excellent. My rug in the hall and living room is over 30 years old. After he cleans it, it looks practically new. He made my kitchen floor and grout sparkle. He does a great job and he is very nice and friendly. I highly recommend The Friendly Carpet Cleaning Service.
