It was raining the entire morning of my move, and I was convinced my stuff would get soaked. But thankfully, the crew came prepared with waterproof covers, blankets, and even laid down plastic runners inside to protect the floors. They saved me from a lot of trouble that day!

The movers used foam corner protectors on every single frame, then wrapped them in plastic to prevent moisture damage. They stacked the pieces vertically, separated by sheets of cardboard so they wouldn’t rub against each other. My biggest frame, a massive panorama, got its own custom crate! When they unpacked everything, there wasn’t a single smudge on the glass or tear in the canvas. Literally the best!

This company was excellent, assisting me in relocating from my modest apartment to my first house. They packed my belongings efficiently, allowing us to finish hours early. Thanks to them, the move was easy!

I can't say enough negative things about our experience with Movement Pro. We were quoted 50 boxes plus some additional items (golf clubs, etc...). After arriving and beginning to pack, we were informed after less than 20 boxes that we had no more room because these were bigger boxes. This might have been fine, but they hadn't given us a heads up that everything wouldn't fit and they started with the least valuable items (tupperware, cutlery, etc...) and none of the valuable items (books, clothes) were packed yet. When I asked if we could not include the kitchenware, they told me no because it had already been packed (still sitting in the apt, not even brought down!). I actually had to stop one of their movers who had begun to pack perishables and cans of chickpeas into the bags. So overall no common sense, we had to pay SIGNIFICANTLY over quote to get the essentials shipped, and we still didn't get some of our items. Overall 0/10 would never use again and would highly recommend everyone avoid this terrible experience.
