About the business:
C&C Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing & Electric was founded in 1965 by Charlie Baker, originally providing refrigeration services to homeowners in Monmouth County. As demand grew, the business expanded into heating and air conditioning and became a family-run company, with Charlie’s children joining to help grow the operation.
Over the years, C&C continued to expand its services and service area while maintaining a strong focus on quality workmanship and treating customers like family. Leadership eventually passed to the second generation and later to the third, with the same values of professionalism, reliability, and customer care guiding the company’s growth.
Today, C&C serves homeowners and businesses throughout Central New Jersey, continuing the tradition of dependable service that has defined the company for decades.

I've had nothing but a fantastic experience with C&C Plumbing and Heating from start to finish. From the initial contact, they showed excellent customer service - kind, respectful, and professional. What sets them apart is their attention to detail; they take care not to damage my property by wearing protective gear and cleaning up after the job. Their honesty is also commendable; I never felt pressured into purchasing additional services. They simply did the work, provided sound advice, and only mentioned other services if it was genuinely relevant. Finding them through Costco was a happy accident - I'm glad I stumbled upon such a great company that I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

Had a heating emergency this morning, called C&C around 8am. They sent someone over quickly - Rob arrived by 10am and got me back up and running soon after. The whole process was prompt, professional, and hassle-free. Highly recommended, couldn't be more satisfied.

We reached out to C&C on July 7th for a quote, and Anthony arrived the following day to assess our old furnace and AC units. He broke down the details clearly and answered all our queries thoroughly, with a price that seemed fair. Two days later, Marcus O showed up with two assistants to install new furnace and AC upstairs. They did an exceptional job, leaving everything spotless. Marcus also took the time to explain how to use the new thermostat and show us each installation's features. We would strongly recommend C&C without hesitation.
