I've been waiting at home for over four hours, but the technician isn't showing. The phone number on their website only connects me to an unhelpful representative who claims to be the officer manager, refused to escalate my issue, and abruptly ended our conversation. When I tried to call back, there was no answer.

They failed to show up on the initial schedule, ignored my calls and texts, and never offered a new time. No rebooking was ever offered or confirmed. Needless to say, I went elsewhere for help.

Angelo from Pascale Plumbing and Heating went above and beyond, even on a Saturday. We were in a desperate situation with our well water suddenly stopping working. He arrived within the hour of calling, assessed the issue, and got it fixed quickly. Fair pricing is another plus. Extremely impressed with his professionalism and service.

They completely ignore phone and text messages. After multiple failed attempts to get help, I threw in the towel. If a company can't even be bothered to respond, it's likely their work is just as subpar. Give your money to someone who actually cares about their customers - not some soulless outfit that doesn't even bother to acknowledge you.

I was just passing by when two men from this company pulled up in a vehicle on Kennedy Blvd in Jersey City. They flashed me a friendly wave and honked their horn. But what really got my attention was that they both had huge smiles plastered on their faces. It's unsettling to see someone being so cheerful while dealing with customers, especially when I'd be dealing with them behind closed doors in my own home.

I initially reached out for assistance, but no one answered the phone. I left a message, but it went unreturned, so I ended up going with another service provider. Later, I saw a company van on JFK with an employee driving recklessly, running red lights twice - which could've easily led to his downfall - yet he seemed completely unfazed, smiling and chatting with others in the vehicle. It was clear he felt entitled to get away with it, no doubt a reflection of the poor work ethic among some employees.

Be cautious when dealing with this company, as their representative, Christian, failed to complete a job and took payment without finishing the work. He operated under two different names: HEV GROUP LLC and PURE LIFE HVAC LLC. Initially, he worked on my furnace and coil but left before completion. Christian then disappeared after taking $7,300 from me, failing to submit the required paperwork for his permit application. Unfortunately, I had to hire another contractor to finish this process for an additional $800.

I hired this HVAC company to handle multiple units at my rental properties in Fort Lee, Edgewater, and Palisades Parks after a realtor recommendation and positive word-of-mouth from Eric Petrone, a top builder in the area.

When I called yesterday, I was told an HVAC technician would arrive between 9am-11am. However, by noon there had been no sign of them and no follow-up calls. When I left a complaint message with the office, I made it clear that their reliability was non-existent. Given the negative reviews, it's clear they don't deliver on their promises. Save yourself the hassle – avoid this company altogether.

Company failed to install a furnace correctly and now won't return to fix it. Despite numerous attempts to contact them through text, call, and voicemail, there's been no response or resolution. A simple correction would greatly improve their service.
