Gus was very helpful; fixed issues with my old heating system, then installed new heating and ac when it finally needed to be replaced. They’re knowledgeable and friendly and they set up appointments in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend G&G if you need a dependable and honest company for your heating and air conditioning needs! I knew I needed to replace my HVAC system and was hoping to get through the winter but that was not meant to be. My heater died during the snow storm and one of the coldest weeks ever … G&G had me up and running with a new system in less than two days! Gus Jr and Dylan helped me through a very challenging few days and were there to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I am extremely grateful for their expertise in getting the job done smoothly and quickly. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

Excellent installing a replacement ductless wall unit in our home - from initial contact through work completion!! Gus responded to my first phone contact within 15 minutes, came out the next day to assess the issue, gave us a very fair estimate within a day, was communicative every step of way, answered all of our questions, moved quickly to obtain the permit and order equipment and completed the job in a professional manner!! Gus, and crew arrived first thing as promised, put down tarps throughout, explained to us the operation of the unit and completed the job in a timely manner. We cannot say enough good things about G and G Mechanical. I had read reviews of the business and they lived up to everything that I read - and then some. did not honor their prices, there’s a reason i rarely shop here.

Contractors for over 30 years we show up because we are from out of state at their counter guy makes us go back out to our truck find paperwork for our company which he pulled up on his computer without even giving the address. Then made my technician put a mask on when he and every other person behind the counter didn't have one on. Definitely ignorant people and very rude I think I stopped at United Refrigeration from now on

Everyone at the counter is always great to speak to, helpful and always ready to assist me with my weird orders. Quick response and always pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

They would not return a water heater that did not meet the specs I needed due to it being a special order. I will not be shopping here anymore.
They did tell me if they could accept the return it would be a $600 restock fee on a $1200 water heater. The return policy is awful.

Bad business model. Johnstone supply would not sell to me because I did not have a contractor's lic (I purchased other parts from Johnstone in the past). Assembly Part was $350 in which I was willing to pay for it. It was in stock. I found the same assembly part on Amazon for $200. However, while looking through Amazon, I found the blower wheel which was the bad part of the assembly, for $20. Thank you Johnstone for saving me $330.
