Get ready for the upsell. They tell you one price, it isn't what you will end up paying. They are dishonest and untrustworthy, not to mention overpriced. Many other better options than this company, would not use again. Beware!

I regret using LMB Landscraping. After 2 weeks, the new sod that his workers installed has about 90% crabgrass, and Louis is blaming me that we didn't water it enough. So, why do I have mushrooms which grow in wet conditions?? It's obvious the sod was inferior to begin with as I told him about yellow spots right after it was installed. Even two lawn experts told me that after 2 weeks, new sod should NOT get crabgrass. Louis is asking for more money to replace the sod, and I have to contact a chemical company! I paid him over $5,000 to remove existing grass from my front yard (35'x25'), install new sod, remove front shrubs, remove a tree, and install new shrubs provided and purchased by me! His workers did all the work (I must say they did a great job planting the shrubs and flowers) but Louis was not there to supervise the work or even come later to check it out even though I asked him to. When I called him and asked him about how I should water the sod, he told me to check the Internet. I checked 4 different sites and they all said the same thing for new sod....not to overwater and not to water at night. My husband and I were very diligent about watering, but Louis insisted that I had to water it morning and night and to water it excessively. I am so embarrassed with the way my lawn looks now and I'm left with the aftermath of an inferior sod. I now have to spend more money and hire TruGreen to get rid of these weeds! Louis is not a person you should do business with! He could have done the right thing to have a satisfied customer, but he didn't! I could never recommend him.

We were referred LMB through a close friend. The quality of work was exceptional and the driveway and paved front steps look beautiful. We will be hiring them again in the spring.

LMB totally transformed our backyard in 3 days. Removed old pavers, cleared out shrubs and trees, moved and repaired our shed, and laid new pavers. Hardworking, polite and courteous crew. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.

LMB did a terrific job for me after I was left high and dry by a scam artist. I had limited funds remaining. Louis thought over the problem and came up with a creative, stunning solution. Shortly afterwards, LMB pulled up to the house with what looked like the Army Corps of Engineers. They worked fast but brilliantly. Complete transformation! I'm very grateful.

Being in an HOA it was difficult to find a contractor who could perform 3 different outdoor jobs (as approval, insurance, etc. is needed for all, as well as the Board sign-off). All the work was terrific, no issues and so many compliments from neighbors. I would highly recommend LMB for your landscaping needs.

This company repeatedly leaves their equipment in front of our home. We have an infant and a toddler and they are constantly waking them up with loud obnoxious noises. One day they left our entire block in a cloud of concrete, the concentration of which covered both of our vehicles. Our children coughed for a long time and have had difficulty breathing since. They also routinely block in our driveway in an effort to make it difficult or near impossible to leave. We have spoken to them multiple times but the behavior continues. Do not use them. We do NOT recommend.

No show for an appointment between 3-5. No phone call. Must say it was a large job. Must be nice being that busy. If I could do no stars I would......I took a half a day at work.
