I recently telephoned this company for a proposal on replacing an approximately 6-foot section of waste line in my basement. Company representative arrived same day, seemed professional, and quoted a price with the stipulation that the work could not be done that day. When I telephoned later to move forward with the project, company doubled its quoted price stating that the earlier price was for doing the job the day representative visited me, even though company's representative had stipulated that the work could not be done that day. I declined to move forward with the project at the higher inflated price. Allure appears to be running a bait-and-switch operation, using false pretenses and misrepresentation.
