Needed someone to fix a broken mainline in my basement. KO showed up fast and on time. He did the job clean, fast and even improved the water flow. Can highly recommend.

Outstanding and professional. Maurice far exceeded my expectations. I'm always looking for good service, me being very pick has always been my thing. At first I was skeptical about using K.O., but K.O. did not let me down. One of the best service there is in town. If you need professional service, hands down, K.O. is for you.

It was my good fortune to find Maurice recommended on the Bloomfield Pulse (Facebook.) I unexpectedly needed valves replaced for a washer. He was there early the next morning. I was very pleased with his promptness (and his calm dealing with my being a bit on the neurotic side.) Highly recommend.

Ive had the pleasure of having moe as my plumber a few times now. Not only does he do quality work but he is a great person to converse with. He always explains exactly what is going on and how to prevent them in the future. As a first time home owner Moe has been a great person to have in my corner. He will literally knock out all of your problems in the first round.

Maurice is an ace plumber as well as friendly, reliable and affordable. I cannot recommend him highly enough! We had a nasty drainage back-up and Maurice showed up on a Sunday morning with no wait time and got us back on track, all cleared up real fast!

I give Maurice 5 stars. His work is phenomenal. Excellent customer service. He is very professional, he fixed my bathroom sink in minutes. He’s an awesome person. Maurice has been my plumber for the past 10 years and I am never disappointed with his work. I referred him to my client's who are buying or selling home, they are all satified with his services and prices. Will continue to use him and recommend him to others.

KGH might not call you to tell you that he's going to be late, but the work he does is A+ +. And, he cleans up after his work, I am totally satisfied with the job that kGH performed and this was my second time using kGH. Both times payment was made through my Plumbing insurance, therefore I am unsure of his charges. Also I know he's not willing to work overtime hours after 5 p.m. nor on weekends, maybe he will bend if it is an emergency.

I called Free Flo to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They called me back promptly, scheduling an appointment was easy, and our sink was fixed that same day. Michael was very nice and easy to work with. He told me the price before starting any work and explained everything that needed to be done.

I was referred to Steve at Free-Flo plumbing by some moms in town who have used him. They all raved about him and they were not kidding!
Steve has been amazing from the very first phone call. We had a time constraint and he made himself available on a Saturday morning and arrived on time and finished the repairs quickly and did an amazing job.
After he was finished he sat with us for 30 minutes and walked us through the paperwork that we needed to fill out to be sure we it was done correctly.
Super sweet and accommodating man who really knows his stuff! My husband and I highly recommend Steve from Free-flo plumbing!

My review is two folds

*Mixed Experience
While I was impressed with the technicians' professionalism and friendly demeanor, the outcome was disappointing.

On the positive side, the team was courteous, punctual, and clearly explained the issue. Their kindness and expertise made me feel at ease.
However, despite their best efforts, they ultimately informed me that they couldn't resolve the problem. What surprised me was that they still charged me for the visit, even though no solution was provided.
I understand that companies need to cover their costs, but I believe it's essential to be transparent about fees and services. In this case, I felt that the charge was unjustified, given that no tangible solution was offered.

Steve and Mike were AWESOME! They were able to come quickly to our house to address the issue. Although our leak was non-emergent, they treated it as such and wasted no time getting here to resolve it for us. I am very happy with the service from Free-Flo. 👍🏼

Had an excellent experience with Steve. He's a professional that came within an hour of the service call as promised and addressed the issue. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Steve and Free-Flo plumbing.

Free-Flo plumbing is awesome! We have been using them for the last couple years and every time we have had a plumbing issue they call us back quickly, come in the next day or so and address the issue at a reasonable price. They send you a text after scheduling an appointment and send another text to alert you when they are on the way. I wish more companies were as easy to deal with as Free-Flo!!!

Steve was excellent. I can't express how satisfied I am with his service. He was fast, professional, knowledgeable, very good at explaining everything he was doing as well as what needed to be done. He presented us with realistic options, fair prices, and good advice. I will recommend him to EVERYONE who needs a good plumber, he's a good one!

We called due to a leak from the second floor bathroom. Steve sent Mike over within 30 minutes. Mike was very professional- he explained step by step the process and clearly outlined all costs before doing any work. Mike’s work was clean and top notch. He made sure I understood the process and even wanted me to watch as he worked! I was very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him.

The experience with a knowledgeable plumber willing to troubleshoot and find the most practical, economical and aesthetic solution was great! The leaky faucet was rsolved by finding the faulty part (washer) and replacing it. We thought we would have to replace much more (sink, valves, faucet, etc.). Thank you!

Steve has been servicing my entire family for over 30 years. He always fixes the issue the first time, is very personable, and lets me know all my options, including the cheaper ones.

In this case he came over super fast to fix a sink on the weekend.
