Nick is absolutely fantastic and a consummate professional. Squeezed me in on his way home, which was very much appreciated. Even taught me a few things to do for winter prep while he was here.

Great work. One of the products was defective and created a very small drip, this was not Nicks fault at all and he still came back three times to make sure it was functioning properly. Very kind, highly recommend

Nick used to live in my neighborhood. I had a kitchen sink clogged. He came in and fixed right away. Very decent gentleman and nice to chat about everything, too. Highly recommended.

Nick is very professional and responsible. He is helping me getting the water heater to pass the permit, which the previous owner was too lazy to do. He checked and reinforced everything he could. He cares about details and would rather stay late than leaving the problem unsolved. He found out a potential problem with my chimney in the process and I am very grateful of that. This is a professional that one could trust.

Nick is a friendly, down-to-earth guy who knows his plumbing. I finally reached him in the evening so he came by first thing the next morning to fix a broken pipe under my kitchen sink. Very friendly, very responsive, and he charged a fair rate. I won't hesitate to use him again.

I have used Nick for multiple jobs over the years. Most recently I have renovated 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms in adjoining condos in Summit. Nick has done a phenomenal job. Some tasks were not easy but Nick was familiar with new plumbing codes and used new innovation to complete these difficult jobs. The finish work from installing shower pans and bath vanities and ceramic sink tops was beautiful. His prices are more than competitive and reasonable for this area. His personality makes the job seem effortless.Tell him what you want done and he will find a way to do it. I never had a delay as the work moved forward. If Nick said he would be there tomorrow he showed up. Never any excuses that there was another emergency etc..

Mr. Iadanza serviced my house for a broken sink pipe, clogged sink and broken toilet lever. He returned our call promptly and even provided excellent repair service the same day. I am extremely happy with his thorough work and the maintenance advice he provided in order to avoid similar problems in the future. He is cost effective and over all a VERY pleasant and professional gentleman to deal with. I highly recommend Nick Iadanza Master Plumber Inc for your plumbing needs. Very poor experience- please think twice before using Argent plumbing for your needs!! First, despite asking several times, they didn't give me any clear estimates on the cost involved to replace my existing thermostat with a smart thermostat that I was to provide, and said that instead the technician will quote when he is at my home, before doing the job. Second, even worse, the technician comes, and right away replaces the thermostat within the first 5 mins of his time in the house without even giving us a quote and a chance to consider if we want to go ahead. Then he asks for a final charge of $380 for 5-10 mins of work, which he did without agreeing on the costs first. I email them complaining and they stop responding to my emails...Very unsatisfactory experience!!

I took the day for for a repair job that was scheduled and confirmed by Argent on email. I took the day off from work to be present. Needless to say, they never came or contacted me. I reached out was told they made a mistake and would reschedule. No apology! Would be extremely cautious in hiring them. I have for many years used them and there is a significant deterioration in their customer service.
