Bauer Construction Group did a beautiful remodel on my bathroom. They installed a walk in shower and replaced the bathroom vanity, toilet, and floor tiles. They were prompt, honest, and had fair pricing. I highly recommend them!

The team did some painting and installed a vinyl plank floor for us. Great job. Very professional and well done. Work was done on time and they quickly followed up to complete a stair nose when we ran out of material I ordered. As soon as it was delivered they came right back and completed the work. Highly recommended.

Jake was great to deal with. Completely professional, organized, accurate, and on time. He got the job done exactly as needed and well ahead of when it was needed. He was responsive to all my texts and calls. He's a consummate professional! I will definitely use him for future needs.

Definately would recommend Bauer Construction Group.This is the second project that Jacob and his team did for us. They just finished a master bathroom for us, and they did a wonderful job.
Jacob and his crew go over and above to make sure that the job is done right. His employees are talented, respectful, and great to work with.

Jake and team did great work for me as I was preparing to sell my condo. I had a number of last minute things that kept coming up needing to be replaced or repaired and Jake was so accommodating and made himself available with very little notice - he got me out of a couple of jams and I was so appreciative. He'll be doing some work for me in my new house when I move next month - I wouldn't trust anybody else.

We strongly recommend Bauer Construction Group for any projects you need to get done. They have done multiple projects throughout the past two years and we couldn’t be more ecstatic of the results . We had both our bathrooms redone, a family room redone from top to bottom and an outside patio area with steps all completed by his team that are very respectful and would do anything that you asked. Also I can’t leave out Jake’s painter is the very best around . You couldn’t ask for a better crew.

Bauer Construction is the very best in the business. I have had other home improvement companies manage my rental property, but Bauer Construction surpassed all the others by far in every category!! Owner, Jake, is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable of a wide range of different home improvements/ repairs. The only thing better than dealing with Jake is the quality of his and his companys work. Even this past Labor Day weekend we had several emergencies at our rental property. First a main breaker failure and the very next day a hot water heater failure. Both issues on separate days and Jake was our go to and he definitely delivered. I'll never use a different home improvement company. I highly recommend!!

Jake and his team are AMAZING. Don’t go anywhere else for any job you need done! They conquer it all. After they completed a bunch of projects in my home, timely and professionally, my home sold in one week. They were on time, responsive, friendly, careful and professional. Jake and his crew were the best decision we made for our first home. We had two outdated bathrooms to completely renovate. Jake came highly recommended to us and he exceeded our expectations. He was so transparent and trustworthy (two characteristics one doesn’t usually pair with contractors). But Jake and his crew were. We are so happy with our end product and that we trusted Jake with our home.

Update May 2021: We are moving out of our current house and used Bauer Construction to get it prepped for selling. They did another great job, showed up on time and offered a fair price. This was a much smaller job than Jake and his guys did for us last year and the same level of commitment and good work remained. So you can trust these guys for a $400 job or a $30,000 job!

My wife and I did about $30,000 worth of renovations with Bauer Construction Group and while home renovations are never easy, Jake (owner) made the process as painless as it could be. He was generally prompt to respond to calls and text messages and always found time to talk to us, no matter when concerns came up.

Most importantly, the work his crew did was always solid and, when mistakes were made, Jake did not hesitate to do whatever it took to fix them.

We've done quite a bit of work to our house over the years and the construction/contractor space can be incredibly rude and frustrating. But, Jake was always kind and courteous, a true pleasure to interact with. He did not cut corners but always let us know where we could save money.

So, if you're looking for good work, pleasant interactions and an owner with integrity, go with Bauer Construction Group.

Jake and his crew did an amazing job. The painting, electrical and tile work were done well and of high quality. Price was fair and no unexpected costs were incurred. Jake’s team arrived on time and left everyday by 5. It made it easy to plan around. I would definitely use Jake and his team again as well as highly recommend and refer Bauer Construction Group to others.

Jake Bauer came to my Marlton home on 4/12/22 to look at the interior painting I needed done, as well as many other repairs & upgrades. He told me he would send me an estimate for the job within a few days. He seemed like a very nice guy & I was looking forward to getting the estimate & getting on his schedule to start the work down the road. It is now almost a month later, still no estimate (yes, I've checked spam, etc.). In fact I have called him, left text messages, emailed him serveral times, but he has not responded at all. Please teake note, if you are not interested in a job, please let the customer know - don't just ignore them. It is very unprofessional behavior, which unfortunately, I have encountered 2 other times in the construction industry. Honestly, I would still like to get this estimate, if only to compare to one other and move forward. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Impossible to get a hold of.

The owner came to our house promptly on August 27th to give us an estimate. After showing him the work we need done, he said he would send us an estimate for the work in three days or less and took my phone number and email address. After 3 days, we received no communication and called to follow up. I have left two messages. It is now September 5th and we have received no communication whatsoever.

Do us a favor: if you're not interested in the job for whatever reason (I'm guessing the job was too small but who knows), just tell the customer that. Instead, now we've wasted a week and have to start all over again.

Update: owner responded below and claims he sent me an email with an estimate. The problem with this claim is I subsequently called and left two voicemails and the owner never called back. I also did check my spam box as he suggested and of course there was no estimate sent.
