I used them again for a water heater leaking I had to put a other review on here Will be using them all the time Iihad a brand new heating and air-conditioning installation. Five minutes away heating air condition and plumbing. Highly recommend them during this heat wave. came out within a couple hours. Came the following day for installation cleaned up everything. Friendly staff will definitely recommend again Never had airflow like this before in this house living here for over 12 years the house always took hours to cool off not anymore. The system is five times quieter also

We were extremely, EXTREMELY disappointed with the service call from this company. The intent was to NEVER attempt a repair of the furnace. It was however a veiled attempt to install an entirely NEW heating system. The bucket of plumbing tools they bring to the job are nothing but props as the service man has NO intent to actually use them. The charge to take just shy of ten minutes to "suggest" a replacement heater was required amounted to $155.00 and was total nonsense. This was a complete wake up call with this HVAC company as to their unethical business practice. We will be pursuing our options with the BBB along with the division of consumer affairs. In closing, it is imperative that future customers dealing with this outfit become very much aware of their deceptive business practices.

Same-day service during a heatwave? Amazing! Tim came out, very friendly & knowledgable. The communication is excellent. I only received an estimate today, But I would have no trouble calling him back to do the actual work.

Tim was great. I called him because my a.c. wasn't blowing cold air. He came out the next morning and inspected the unit. He determined that the condenser grill was dirty and that I needed Freon. He cleaned it, added 2 lbs of Freon and it works great. Tim explained everything and didn't push buying a new unit. He is knowledgeable and does great work. I would definitely recommend him.

Absolutely fantastic! Tim came out after hours on a 101° night and had my A/C fixed in a half hour. My A/C is working fantastic now! Highly recommend.

Can't say enough about the great work Tim and his team does. They completed the removal of my Ole heating and air conditioning unit and installed a new unit in one day just before the June heat wave. His team also completed the clean-up and unit removal from the property. Their work was outstanding, their service was impressive, their professionalism was beyond reproach.

Was having air conditioner troubles on a 90° day. Called these guys last night and they were able to get out the following morning before noon, diagnose and fix the issue, advise me on what to look out for in the future, and left without making a mess or trying to hard sell me on upgrades. I'll be using their services again for sure.

My recent experience with Minutes Away for my air conditioner service was awful and felt like a deliberate attempt to upsell me on an entirely new system I didn't need.

Two weeks ago, my AC started blowing warm air. Minutes Away was able to come out on short notice, which was a positive at the time. Their technician identified the issue as a faulty Schrader valve, which they replaced, and then recharged the system. I paid $900 for this service, expecting the problem to be resolved.

However, exactly two weeks later, I experienced the exact same issue: my AC was once again blowing warm air. Minutes Away was, again, able to come out the same day. This time, after about 15 minutes of "troubleshooting," their technician informed me that my entire system was shot, the motor was bad, it was leaking refrigerant, and that my current system was obsolete. Their recommendation was to replace the entire unit for $11k.

I contacted another HVAC company for a second opinion. They came out the next day and inspected my system and quickly determined that the only issue was a bad capacitor. They replaced it for a fraction of the cost of a new system, and confirmed there were no other issues with my unit, including no refrigerant leaks or a shot motor. My AC has been working perfectly ever since.

It's clear to me that Minutes Away either misdiagnosed the problem significantly or attempted to push an unnecessary and extremely expensive replacement. I've since seen other reviews online where they appear to have used similar tactics. I would not recommend them, especially those in need of emergency HVAC service.

Tim was excellent! Woke up in the morning to a cold house with family visiting from out of town. Called these guys in the morning and Tim came within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem.

He even went the extra mile to leave and get a part and come back that same day and fix it because he understood the situation I was in. This kind of professionalism and empathy is truly one of a kind!

Tim with Minutes Away Heating Air Condition and Plumbing has been servicing our two HVAC units for over ten years. He is prompt and reasonable in his pricing. Tim replaced both of our units in the past three years and did an excellent job! I highly recommend them.

I guess I should have seen the warning signs with this company but unfortunately the owner ripped me off for over a thousand dollars.... I am absolutely shaking with anger and wish I had the money to sue this horrible company for unethical predatory business practices.

Great experience. Very fast service and Tim was extremely patient with all of my questions as I had many! I was torn between trying to finish out the season with my existing system or replacing the entire system now as I knew it would definitely have to be replaced before next summer. I decided to replace it now and I’m very happy with that decision. My house has not felt this cool in a couple of years. He completed the job yesterday and has already reached out twice to make sure I’m happy with how it’s working! Will definitely stick with him for any future servicing needs.
