We had our windows and siding replaced and it looks great. They took 3 trips out to help us choose colors and what type of windows would be best. The job was done in less time than they quoted.

While they were here our roof sprung a leak. They even fixed that for us to avoid calling a roofer and had it done in no time.

When we began researching contractors for our home improvement, two things that were most important to us were trust and having one company do the whole job. It wasn't as easy as we thought to find that, until we met Brandon. Right away we felt comfortable with him, felt he respected our plans, our finances, and our limited knowledge in the home improvement area. :) He met with us several times, answered all our questions, and most importantly, never pressured us to make a quick decision or push the sale. We expected good things from him and his company,but we never could have imagined what we actually saw. From day one, his crew was very respectful of our home, always confirmed what we wanted, cleaned up every single day, were never bothered by our kids, and the best of all, were always positive. And that wasn't easy considering there were several unexpected issues that none of us could have foreseen. They handled it professionally, explained everything, and above all, fixed everything with precision. One last thing that should be noted is that we had an aspect of our project that ultimately could not be done, again due to unforeseen issues. What we truly appreciated was that Brandon didn't try to sell us on doing it bigger just to get the sale. He was professional about it and yet respected us on a personal level. And that is not something easy to come by. ACC has gone above and beyond what we imagined and we are truly grateful for Brandon and his team.

Where do I start...in the beginning of course which is the approximate age of our house, give or take 75 years or so. Let's just say from the onset, we were looking for an experienced general contractor who knew his craft, had a solid team, and was willing to take on a challenge. After multiple estimates from an array of contractors, we chose American Custom Construction for our Kitchen renovation. Brandon was astute enough to share our concerns in a kitchen renovation project that quickly turned into a Kitchen rehabilitation project. The kitchen section of our version of this old house once gutted gave up its musty secrets of a previous life as an open porch, an enclosed porch and at least two previous kitchens it formerly housed. It also took us back in time where weathering and age had withered a section of walls and the roof that had once protected it... it was at this point Brandon and ACC really showed their skills.

ACC not only gutted, rehabilitated, and built a completely brand new beautiful custom kitchen, they built a new roof over the old roof, then removed the old roof from within during one of the harshest winters for cold and snow in memory. Along the way they overcame obstacles that only the most dedicated and experienced of contractors would have handled, were professional, friendly and maintained a daily safe, cleaned job site.

Brandon had promised us from day one, through thick and thin, he would stick with us, and he did. ACC through Brandon and his team, along with his hand picked team of sub contractors worked almost non stop in turning out a beautiful finished product. He walked us through the process and costs from start to finish, provided us with extremely good advice and kept our spirits up when the project appeared overwhelming. And, if you can find us another contractor who actually works on New Year's Day, all day, quite frankly, I'd be pleasantly amazed.

In the end, American Custom Construction built the dream kitchen we were looking for while rehabilitating a section of our house that was in desperate need of repair.

In closing, we would only add that if you're looking for a quality contractor with attention to detail and the know how to get the most difficult of jobs done, American Custom Construction is highly recommended and we have full intention of utilizing them on our next this old house project, a new bathroom, as well as any other project we decide on in the future.

American Custom Construction is a great company. Brandon and his wife are very personable. Brandon came out and gave me an estimate for the job. He explained everything step by step and also made good recommedations. They took care of everthing and I didnt have to clean up behind them. Brandon and his team started working on my deck and finished it within a week and half, but i think it was less than that. Everyone was friendly and respectful. I have and will always recommend them. It was a job well done.

My wife and I wanted to gut and remodel our master bathroom. Our plan was to change plumbing, move a window, add electrical and have a large glass enclosed shower with a wall to wall vanity. We interviewed 5 contractors in all and Brandon Kovacs at American Custom Construction was by the far the best of the group. One of the most important qualities we wanted in our contractor was trust. From the moment we met Brandon we felt like we could trust him. In his initial consultation he emphasized the importance of making the shower water proof. He explained to us in great detail the custom shower pan he uses as well as the Denz Shield process for the the shower walls. Brandon helped us plan out the details of our bathroom and worked with us on planning out the tile pattern. He made several trips to our house as well as met us at a few stores to go over tile planning and placement. Brandon's lead carpenter Scott was awesome to work with as well. Scott answered all of my wife's questions when she stopped by during lunch and had a great attention to detail with top of the line finish work. During the beginning stages of construction we discovered a previous plumbing issue. Brandon explained to us what his plans were to correct it and gave us a few options of how to proceed. He was willing to work with us because of the extra cost and made sure we were comfortable in our final decision. We talked with Brandon several times during construction to review completed work and ask questions. He fielded every question and took the time to explain in detail what was done and what the future plan was. In the end we have a custom SPA-like bathroom thanks to Brandon, that is built to last. We would recommend American Custom Construction to anyone looking for a contractor. Brandon is honest, knows what he is doing and does not cut corners. Additionally when Brandon and his team were completed for the day they left the house very clean. We plan on using Brandon for all future home renovations.

The icing on the cake, my wife and I are having a baby in July and because of the wonderful rapport we established with Brandon he offered to paint the baby's room as a gift to us!

Brandon and the team at American Custom Construction were great from start to finish. They were the first to call back, first to provide an estimate, and they met every timeline promised. Even better, we could not be happier with the soffit and facia replacement they completed on our house. They even took the time to careful rerun wires and remount items for us, something another company said we would have to do on our own. The crew that worked on our project were very respectful and professional the entire time and communicated with us every step of the way. I promise you will not find a more responsive company that also does amazing work, A+. We look forward to using them again in the near future.

I can’t say enough great things about Brandon, and his entire crew! The quality of his work is second to none. His crew was very professional, always prompt, and very meticulous with their work. They were genuinely nice guys on top of all that! There was great communication throughout the process of getting new siding done on my home. I’m very particular about things, but these guys were even more so. After having dealt with terrible contractors before I’m glad to know there are still honest, hardworking, and trustworthy companies out there.
