We received an estimate from Frasella electric approximately one month ago and accepted the earliest appointment they had to complete the work. They called and had requested an extension and we accommodated them. Then, today they sent me a text message canceling because they said they had too many regular customers. see photo If you are truly sorry, you would give me a date by which you can make the promised repairs and not accept any other jobs before completing the one you have promised to do a month ago. Is that how a reputable business would operate?
