John was absolutely brilliant. He was at my home within a couple of hours, fixed the problem immediately, and was nothing but sincere and honest. He even told me I didn't need a new belt on my dryer. It's very tough to find honesty like that these days. Is prices were more than reasonable and he was great at what he does anytime I have any issue with any repair I will definitely call John again. He was nothing short of fantastic! I must confess I mistakenly wrote a bad review for him thinking it was another company. When I found that I did that I immediately took it down and changed it to the way it should be because he was absolutely excellent!!

This is the second time we used South Jersey Appliance Inc. in the last two months. First time it was our newer dishwasher that needed repair. This time it was our 20 year old Whirlpool dryer. Both times John showed up right on time and did great work for a reasonable price. Saved us a bunch of money as we thought for sure we would be tossing the old dryer in the trash. Would highly recommend.

John knows his appliances ! Great at diagnosing and explaining the problem with my not " working freezer." John made a few recommendations to me that I will use. John was kind in sharing his knowledge plus time with me! Thank you John!

Had an issue with my dryer, not drying clothes and shutting down. Spoke to John. He recommended checking the vent tube for being clogged and if that didn’t solve the issue, he would come right out. He was 100% right then tube was clogged cleared tube dryer working like new.
Will definitely be recommending and using John services again.

Made this appointment yesterday and came out the next day on time. John came in, figured out the problem right away, it only took him less than an hour to fix it. His price was very good, especially considering the other companies who overcharge. Thank you so much!!!

John at South Jersey Appliance was a wealth of knowledge. We called him about our GE washing machine after another company had charged us over $350 to not fix our problem. John not only diagnosed the potential problem over the phone (a diagnosis that turned out to be correct once he arrived and looked at the machine), but he fit us in same day, had the parts that he needed on the truck with him and fixed the problem in no time. Courteous and professional, John cleaned the area up after the job and waited to verify that the correct fix was made. An all around excellent experience at a fantastic price. My refrigerator wasn't working for like 2 hours, 3 hours and I called like 6 different companies. I called south jersey appliance, and the guy told me what to do and what he told me it worked all I to do is buy a thermostat, I gave you 5 stars. And other companies, they're not gonna tell you that they're gonna come to your house and get your money. So if I ever need more appliance repair, I know where I'm gonna call.

Called to get a price for a service call and John walked me through the problem with my refrigerator and how to fix it so I didn't need a service call. Doesn't get much better than that.
