I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with this company, which seems to be fake based on all the positive reviews I've seen online. Three years ago, they installed a boiler for $8,000 that was supposed to last forever, but it broke down just after the one-year warranty expired. I had to pay out of pocket to fix it.

Fast forward to today, and the sensors are still not working, along with a few other issues. I've had boilers that lasted over 20 years without needing repairs, so it's clear they're not selling quality equipment here. This Utica boiler is particularly unreliable.

What's even more concerning is their customer service. When I called two people from the office and left messages, neither of them returned my calls. Eventually, I managed to reach one person on the phone, but he showed no empathy or willingness to help. It was like they expected me to be a good customer and that both of his colleagues would magically follow up with me.

When I explained the situation, he told me it might be due to a supplier issue and suggested I contact them directly. But why shouldn't the company take responsibility for their products? Eight thousand dollars is a significant amount of money, and you'd think they'd at least offer some kind of assistance or support. Instead, they're expecting me to deal with this mess on my own.

The whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this company, and I would advise others to avoid them like the plague.
