From the start of remediation of our devastating flood in a new house, Eddie was easy to get a hold of a communicate a course of action. His team included Alex and Jose to rip out all of the carpet and padding. They who showed up first thing and helped leave samples for us and insurance with a tight turn around. Highly recommend.

A week before I had friends coming to visit I discovered a small area of mold right where they would be staying… I called ServPro and James Martinez could not have been more helpful. He came out the following day, had a team complete the work in one day. His team left the space cleaner than it was before and mold free!! He was professional, efficient and very easy to keep in touch with. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Rock solid experience. Sebastian and his crew came in within 24 hours of a major structure fire at our business. Within 24 hours of arrival the entire second floor was cleaned out. 2 days later and they were just finishing up with the hand-cleaning of every surface of the fire-damaged first floor. Great job. See the attached pic of one office and how it looked after one day of their work

Having to deal with a sewage backup in our home's lower level is something I would never want to go through again. The mess and the foul smell were overwhelming. They arrived with all the necessary equipment, handled it expertly, and went over each step with me.

The dining area was contaminated by smoke from a grease fire in our restaurant's kitchen. These restoration experts were aware of how urgent it was to resume operations. Overnight, they replaced broken ceiling tiles and cleaned soot off surfaces. We used air scrubbers to completely eliminate odors. Within a week, the restaurant reopened after passing a health inspection.

Although I wasn't sure what to anticipate, I'm impressed. After my dog had too many accidents, I called them to have the carpets thoroughly cleaned. Both the odor and the stains have disappeared. It was as if my living room had returned.

After weeks of noticing a musty odor, we found mold growing behind our bathroom tiles. When these guys came out to inspect, they discovered that the old caulking was causing moisture. During removal, they used negative air machines and sealed off the bathroom. They treated the area to stop regrowth and disposed of all contaminated materials appropriately. The bathroom is now odor-free and looks fantastic.

Juan Camilo and his crew did a great job cleaning up my flooded basement. They were meticulous and efficient. I would reccomend them highly.

As first time homeowners dealing with a leak and mold situation, we spent too long trying to work with other unresponsive contractors and mitigators until we found Eddie at Servpro. He was accessible, helpful, and overall a bright light during a tough process. He got the job done quickly and effectively and we will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

I observed some dark patches on the ceiling and a slight musty odor in our guest bathroom. To be honest, I was concerned that it could become a larger issue. The technicians arrived, conducted a comprehensive examination, and described the exact cause of the mold growth as well as the potential consequences of not treating it. In order to prevent it from returning, they carefully removed the impacted areas and treated the surfaces. I was especially appreciative that they kept the area secure for my children while donning full protective gear. I gained a lot of knowledge about preventing mold in the future, and the bathroom now feels brand new.
