Called for emergency plumbing services for a pipe that burst and leaked water to my first floor and basement. Was told someone would be in touch on an hour. After an hour, I tried calling them back and got no answer.

Very prompt, good customer service, responsive, and reliable. George from Boonton Township is great. They charge plumber's rates but are very reliable.

I had a great experience with All Clear on July 5th starting with a phone call which was answered on the first rig. Our shower drain was backed up and they dispatched Joe who was onsite in about one hour and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service all-around!

Alfred did an an emergency drain clear for us on a Sunday evening. He was there within 2 hours of my call, and got it done the right way.

Satisfied customer! I called a little after 9pm with a gushing toilet due to trying to install something on my own (bad idea). I called, someone picked up, and said someone would be here in an hour. Not a minute more and Alfred was here, very friendly and professional, and it was all fixed and installed in 30 minutes. Typical price, nothing out of the box. Would definitely use All Clear again!

Had a backed up sink in the morning. After getting a voicemail on a few other local companies called AllClear. I was told someone would come out in 2-3 hours. 15min later got a call someone freed up and can come right away. I gladly accepted, rec’d a text with the tech that will be coming with a photo(nice touch)
Calvin was courteous and professional. Explaining everything as he was doing in and did not leave until the job was done. Provided some estimates for future jobs I was considering. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend!

I like using local business so when my toilet was leaking Saturday morning I called them because they are located right in town. I spoke with a woman who took my information and said she would have someone call me back shortly. It's been well over 48 hours now and still haven't heard from them. I know it's sometimes hard to get a hold of someone on the weekends but I waited most of the day today to give them the benefit of the doubt and still haven't heard anything. Called another local company who came right out and did the job for me.

I woke up to no heat and a puddle under my older, gas-fired boiler. Called K. Hoeler around 7am and they got right back to me. By 8:30am, Ryan was diagnosing the issue. By 1pm, my heat was back after he used an expert hand to avoid needing to replace the whole boiler ($$$$!). Shout out to Ryan and K. Hoeler for their professional work.

Upon recommendation of a local Boonton NJ plumber, I contacted K. Hoeler Plumbing & Heating, Inc. to replace our functioning(but failing) 30 year old gas Weil-Mclain boiler. Keith reviewed the job and forwarded an estimate. He took care of the permit requirements and ordered our new Weil-Mclain boiler. Keith and his team removed the old boiler, delivered and installed the new boiler, and all associated parts(gate valves, circulating pump, expansion tanks, hot water heater). The job took about eight hours to complete. They did an outstanding job. I grew up in a plumbing family but due to the passage of time, most have retired. It was necessary for me to find a new plumber for our boiler replacement. Fortunately I found K. Hoeler Plumbing & Heating and would highly recommend their services. Michael Westenberger 10/16/22

Good professional contractor. Got a water heater installed. guys showed up on time. The technicians were thorough professionals. Left the place clean and hauled off the old unit. K Hoeler filed for the permit Everything was done per latest code. Reasonable pricing.

I had these guys install plumbing and a dryer vent for a new washer/dryer hookup. Ryan came to my property and clearly explained how they'd get the job done and once scheduled they did a wonderful job completing the work. Real quality installation around existing piping and fairly priced. Would highly recommend this team and would call them back for future projects.
