Sadly, there was a basement backup problem that required sewage cleanup. Although it wasn't particularly enjoyable, the crew managed it with dignity and maintained order. They greatly facilitated the handling of a difficult situation.

I recently used Servpro for a house fire and were involved in the remediation/demolition. Would not recommend at all. We had issues with a few things not properly addressed. They failed to properly dewinterize the house during demo process despite informing they will, and asking them to do it which led to pipe burst/water damage in the house. When I notified them of the damages , it took them 2 days to come to the field. Also poor workmanship during the demolition process causing further damage to the radiators and windows which cannot be claimed on the fire claim.

I would advise going with a local/smaller company who will be more responsive with better communication.

These guys are great. I manage the facilities at a world class country club, these guys have helped me with small jobs and MAJOR damage. Cleanup, water damage, air quality, bio issues you name it. They have a strong mobile staff and a lot of equipment so they have always reacted the same day as my call. They worked directly with the insurance company, they made working with them seemless. I will continue to use them for all my work.

Servpro was called to take care of a flooding issue and they responded super quickly, even though it was a Sunday evening. They started to work right away to clean up the area which helped to minimize the damages and worked all night so that my employees could come to work the next day. If it wasn't for their quick response, I would have had to close the business for at least a day. The guy in charge, Jon, could not have been nicer, more professional or accommodating. I would highly recommend their services. Hopefully I'll never have to use them again but I wouldn't hesitate if I did.
