Frank was referred to us by a good friend when our usual provider was unable to schedule a service visit until the following week. He was able to come out the following day. He methodically reviewed our issue (circuit breaker wouldn’t reset after a short in one of our outlets) and diagnosed the problem as a faulty outlet. Removed/ replaced the outlet and had us back in business within the hour. Friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Frank and his team help me update an old home that had knob and tube wiring, and very dated outlets/light switches to match. They were thoughtful, intelligent, responsive, and friendly every step of the way. A very stressful situation of redoing old wiring for an entire home I just purchased became an enjoyable learning experience because their approach, yielding a comfortably modernized space. I can’t thank them enough.

Great team. Reasonably priced. Had them install recessed and other ceiling lights, plus a few other repairs. They did it within a reasonable amount of time and to our satisfaction. The team was very polite, kept the workplace tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day. The only thing would be their drywall patching; I was expecting being able to sand and paint afterwards -- but you'll need to call in someone more profession to get a nice finish on the joints.

Update 1 year later downgrade from 4 to 1 star: I had 3 bathroom fans replaced by Frank Mineo's crew. I found that the 2nd floor ones were not connected back up to our ducted vents at the end of install. 1 year later, I found that the 3rd fan was also not connected back to the exhaust duct. When they came back to fix the upstairs ones 1 year ago, they affirmed that the downstairs fan was connected, but apparently not.

Excellent service, quick and easy. Very fair pricing as well. Jake D is very professional and did a great job of installing my bathroom exhaust fan. He answered all my questions met my requirements. I highly recommend using this company for all your electrical needs!

Frank Mineo and his team are excellent. Very responsive and flexible. And that is on top of good electrical work they do. I bought a generator from them. I also recommended this company to a friend of mine. And he got a generator too. So far the experience has been very positive.

Called them out to do a large list of items after our house purchase. Frank came out and after spending around an hour and a half checking everything out, never ended up sending a quote. Even after following up with an email, we never heard anything back from them since April 30th.

Why did they waste time for both of us? Not sure. The job was large and very straightforward, but we had to go with another electrician.

The Tech, Preston, was very competent, I'm pleased with the quality of his work. I will use Frank Mineo Electric, for my next project.

Placed a call to Mineo Electric based upon the reviews I saw and was not disappointed. Preston did a great job… he needed to go back to the shop for a light switch in the color we preferred and was back before his coffee got cold! 100% professional and courteous… a pleasure to talk to about what he was doing as well as general small talk. Update for 2024… just used Mineo Electric to replace some outside lighting (lamp post and door lights) as well as fixing our kitchen recess lighting. It was great to see Preston and talk again… as like last time did excellent work again!

Frank and his crew (Jake & Ray) were absolutely excellent! Had recessed lighting installed in 4 rooms of my house, and the process was quick and painless. They were extremely detail oriented and made sure all looked as perfect as can be. Will be sure to use again in the future.

Frank and his team like Ray who was out tech, do great work and are very responsive. He was patient, tidy & thorough and he even had Frank come when he had a 2 person job.

I had an EV charger installed by Jake and another gentleman. They did it quickly in under 2 hours. They were also kind enough to answer any questions I had. Will be using them again soon!

It is always a pleasure to contact Frank Mineo for any electrical work that I need done. This is the 2nd time I've contacted them for a job. Everyone is very professional, on time, very pleasant and reasonably priced! Customer service is a priority of theirs and it shows.
For example, I had contacted them today to verify that the technician would be reaching out prior to their arrival. As it turns out, my job wasn't scheduled for another week (my fault). So far, I've had recessed lights installed, light switches and fans installed, electrical wiring to all rooms completed, indoor and outdoor outlets installed.

After one electrical contractor could not fix my electrical problem I contacted Mineo Electric. They sent Jake Dumont to my home and I couldn't be happier with the results. He displayed electrical knowledge beyond his years as he systematically checked all possible problems until he solved the problem, for a very fair fee.

I contacted Frank Mineo Electricians, Inc. to have them replace two remote controlled ceiling fans.
Preston, the electrician assigned, was at my home within the promised appointment time frame, and immediately got to work. He was professional, knowledgeable, good-natured, explained as he went along, and answered all my questions during his visit. He took the time to patiently show me how to operate the remotes. He even apologized when he ran into an issue and it took longer than he thought it should to resolve. This was my first experience with this company but I highly recommend them, and especially Preston for his attention to detail, his great customer service, and his patience. I will not hesitate to use F. Mineo, Inc. going forward for all my electrical needs.
