I hired this company to do some extensive work in two bathrooms and install a filter for our water. They did a great work. Excellent communication, fast response, very neat and clean work, and showed up on time and were careful and paid attention to details. I recommend this company highly.

It’s very easy to be taken advantage of in plumbing emergencies. This is the first time dealing with a plumbing company didn’t make me wary. Christian arrived promptly, kept me informed and explained everything in detail of what happened with my sewer line and why it was clogged. He not only fixed the situation but also pointed out other areas of improvement which he didn’t have to do. Polite abs knowledge as well as trustworthy. Thank you for your help, especially on a Saturday!

We noticed a leak and this was right after Xmas so we were worried about getting anyone out here. We’ve called Jeffrey Burke Plumbing & Heating and they came first thing the next day. This is our third time using this company so I can say with total certainty they are completely trustworthy and professional. Our service person Ray diagnosed and fixed our leak within an hour and we couldn’t be happier.

Justin was truly amazing! Figured out and solved the boiler issue within minutes, while others took hours with no solution. A great dude as well. Overall the best experience I've had with a plumber and they're officially my go to of any other issue were to arise.

Alex was communicative and knowledgeable, and got it done in a tight space. I appreciate his ability to explain what was needed without being condescending. He answered all of my questions and I feel better knowing I had done all the right things, but sometimes things happen. Glad he was there!

Excellent company. They get back to you promptly with thier estimates and scheduling. Leo came first for the free estimate. I got 3 estimates and they were the middle. Leo seemed very knowledgeable more so than the others so i picked them. I also knew someone who used them and they said the work was good..
The plumber who came and did the work was also knowledgeable. What started as a simple reset of a toliet got complicated. Gavin showed me the challenges and explained his plan. The work was great I will be using them again in the future.

James fulfilled the emergency plumbing request swiftly. Helped checked and determined the full septic tank is the culprit for the basement backup. Even shared couple recommendations on pumping and restoration services. Thumbs up !

Entire experience was seamless! Wish it was this easy working with ALL contractors. From setting up the appt, to Alex (tech’s) punctual arrival, assessment, CLEAR explanation of how he would execute the repair and then completing the repair in a relatively quick manner. Best part, Alex cleaned the entire area of all debris and dust upon completion of the job. Will def keep JB Plumbings info handy and strongly recommend for others in need.

My recent experience with Jeffrey Burke was the completion of a larger job. This time a vanity/sink was installed by Christian and Ryan. Christian was knowledgeable, friendly, communicative and clean. In addition, he explained every step of the process to Ryan, who is plumber in training. The care shown for the job at hand and simultaneously providing training was exemplary. The job was completed in a timely manner and I was totally satisfied with the end result.
