Updated Review 4/15/26. Since my first review, we have had Julio and his team out two other times. Once to trim trees in our backyard and today to remove two extremely overgrown bushes and 4 stumps. Once again he did an impeccable job removing everything and cleaning up. They even put back the mulch in the area very nicely. Again, they went above and beyond by trimming a small tree for us that really needed it and now looks so much healthier! Just an amazing person to work with. So glad his service never changed! Thank you, Julio!
Our experience with Julio's Tree Service began after a tropical storm earlier this month. I called at 2PM after a large tree in our front yard fell. Julio responded immediately and promised to come take a look by 5 pm. We lost 3 other tree's during that storm before our appointment. He was prompt and gave us a such a fair and honest quote, we hired him to remove some stumps. He promised to return the next day. To our surprise, he came that same night to remove the largest tree that was blocking the sidewalk. The next day, his team returned bright and early to remove the rest of the storm damaged trees. The most impressive act by this company, was the way they carefully removed a tree from my child's trampoline and did their best to straighten the rod it bent. We will use them for other projects for sure! Highly recommend!

He will ask for cash.. he will commit when you give him work but on day of work they left lots of work unfinished. They don’t even pick bottles, soda which were given them as hospitality .. worst service

Very professional and absolutely amazing. Came on Thursday to give an estimate for a tree removal and removed it the very next day; tree, stump and all. Even did 2 additional services that we asked them to do right on the spot. Excellent all the way.

Julio’s tree service is excellent! Julio is un buen Hermano and the men who work with him are very knowledgeable. I’m so glad my neighbor recommended him. We won’t use anyone else!

These guys did such an awesome job. Respectful of neighboring properties in a tight spot. Saved a Robin's nest as well. Prices were competitive and they got the job done in no time. My yard hasn't looked this good in some time. Thanks for making my life easier. Definitely will use them again.😁

I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews - but unfortunately Julio gives me no other option. When agreeing to do the work, Julio never stated that the chips from the stump grinding would be left on our lawn. Now, we are left with a mound which covers the lawn/grass that we may have to pay someone else to remove. If you go with Julio - my advice is to hold full payment until ALL work has been completed to your satisfaction. Secondly, make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing (including the removal of chips). If he reaches out and wraps up the job, I'll update this review.

If the option to put no stars or negative stars and still give a review were available, I would have chosen that. I contacted Julio about a month ago for a quote. He came to my house a few days later and gave me a competitive price. He mentioned it was far from where they normally do service but he would still do it. I canceled the other tree company I had already scheduled with because he promised and committed to come. He said he would do it fsecond week of December and would email me a quote. I never got the quote in writing. I called late November to check with him again and he promised me he was doing the job again. I called last week and he confirmed he was coming today dec 8th to cut the three trees. I called him and he sends me to voicemail completely ghosting me. He is very unprofessional and full of false promises. It is very disappointing. Now I have to start looking again for new companies. Not a great way to conduct business. I would advise to be very careful when doing business with this company. He might leave you hanging like he did with me.

We had a deal with Julio to cut couple of trees. He cut small trees only but never came back to cut big tree. He made more money by cutting small trees. I was waiting to get permit for big tree and he promised that he will come back. Once I got permit, I called him back but he never answered my call. I should have never paid him all the amount. Now I am looking for another company and pay more. Never believe these people. Get your work done all at once and then pay full amount.

Julio Tree service came on time with a crew of 4. Cut down a huge tree and trimmed another one today. Very reasonable price and the crew cleaned up everything after the cut. Will definitely use them again!

Trimmed and cleaned up front and back landscaping which was VERY overgrown. The crew worked nonstop all day; cleaned up afterwards; looks like I have a whole new yard! Reasonable rate; professional, courteous crew. Highly recommend this company!
