This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with any type of repair service. It was easy to book an appointment online with a date and time that was convenient for me; I got a response and scheduled for an appointment less than 24 hours later. The service technician, Paul, was early, and I received notification that he was on his way prior to his arrive so that I could be sure to be home. Paul was super friendly, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. He was even super kind and accepting of my mess of an apartment! Thankfully there was no
major issue, so Paul was able to talk me through the problem and rectify the situation quickly. Everything about the service went smoothly and I couldn’t be more please. Will definitely recommend to friends and use DeSanto in the future if need be. -
