Pipes froze this last storm. They were very busy, but managed to schedule an appointment around 8pm. Patryk was polite and efficient. My go-to company from now on out.

I had an issue with my bathroom faucet. Kyle was polite and kind, not to mention very professional. Found the problem, discussed it with me, and was done in no time. I have used Proficient Plumbing & Heating once before, and will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs. Great team. Thank you again.

Proficient plumbing came out to my house on December 26th, within an hour of my call, diagnosed the leak and fixed it professionally. They did a fantastic job.

Kyle at Proficient Plumbing and Heating showed up on time, performed the work competently, and cleaned up after he finished the job. He presented as professional and knowledgeable. I won't hesitate to call this company again for my plumbing needs.

Keith and AJ did great work! They were easy to talk to and I was comfortable with price and the work. I felt price was very reasonable and they like I said I am happy from top to bottom that of all the places I could of googled when I typed in plumber that they were the ones I happen to get!

John and his partner (sorry do not recall his name) did a great job at my home. They did some troubleshooting and determined what the issue may be and they were correct. Issue was corrected in a timely manner. Shut off valve in utility closet for outside spigot was the issue.
I had the hose bib replaced (I kept the old cover on it) and they added a drain pipe which is a great idea. They also explained how to winterize by draining the pipe in closet. Here are pictures of the completed work. They cleaned up after work. I could not be happier and will definitely use Proficient Plumbing & Heating in the future and have already recommended to my friend.

What nice people .both the office staff and the technician who came to the house. Although the problem was out of their realm of repairs, he could not have been nicer in explaining what I might need and where to look for service. On my "good" list!

Great experience with Proficient Plumbing. I was able to get in touch with someone on a Sunday night and they had an appointment available the very next day. Very convenient! John was very knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Very friendly! Will definitely use them again in the future!

Woke up with no 1st floor heat or hot water today (yikes!). It was 51 in the house. After calling Proficient they did whatever they could to get someone there as quick as possible. Few hours later I was taking a hot shower!!! They made my life much better today! Thank you!

As someone who manages ~10 STRs on the shore, Proficient Plumbing is always my first call for any plumbing issues. They always come quickly and resolve the issue at a very fair price. I've used them at least a dozen times and have always been very satisfied with their business.

Had an issue with leaking tub drain. John showed up same day and resolved the issue quickly. We’ve used Proficient Plumbing in the past as well. They are always prompt, courteous and reliable.

Everything went well dealing with Proficient Plumbing. Steve the Plumber was very professional and friendly. The lady that set up the appointment was friendly and courteous. The price is very hard for me to judge, I didn’t get estimates so I can’t compare to other plumbers. I’m not complaining the job was done the same day I called and I’m satisfied.

We found a leak in our baseboard heating. I called at about 9:30 pm and got a text a few minutes later saying they could come out first thing in the morning (they even offered to refer us to an emergency plumber if we needed it done sooner). We opted to wait until the morning and Scott came promptly first thing and fixed the leak. All seems to be well. The price seemed reasonable, considering how quickly they came. I would call them again.
