Excellent high quality workmanship. I discovered a plumbing issue in my home and Proficient Plumbing responded immediately and did the repair in a timely fashion. I highly recommend, especially John C. who answered all of my questions and did a great job. Thank you.

Shannon and Christina are wonderful. I've had to call twice with frozen pipes. Each time they've listened to my concerns and did not rush me off the phone. Thankfully, both times I was able to thaw the pipes on my own.

5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!! My over 40 year old boiler finally went kaput! I found Proficient Plumbing through the “Buy in Brick” program. I had the pleasure of speaking to Kristen. She was very patient and answered all my questions. Paul & Keith were the technicians that installed my boiler & water heater. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and on time. I had a very pleasant experience with the whole team. They also gave me a military discount which helped a lot. I will definitely recommend your company to others and call on you for all my plumbing needs. Thank you!

Very happy with the results. Kyle is an excellent plumber. I would highly recommend Proficient Plumbing. And so I needed new valves for my washer and Kyle came to the rescue again. He did an excellent job and I’m thankful for people like him.
The response time was also great with follow up calls giving ETA. The staff at Proficient Plumbing is always kind and friendly. They all provide a great service! So happy!

I had two leaks coming from my master bathroom that Proficient detected and remediated very quickly. Jose was my plumber and he did the estimate and then came back to so the work. Jose and his team did a great job and explained everything the did. The entire operation was very well run with professional and courteous scheduling staff and call/text reminders for services and arrivals. I HIGHLY recommend!

Keith came to the house and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable… These guys were able to fit me in same day for an issue with a shut off valve that needed to be replaced cause of a new fridge purchase. Job was quick, clean , professional. I’ll never like paying a lot of money for things I can do myself around the house but it’s always better to have a professional do it . Peace of mind. Much more affordable than the Plumbing Giants out there where you are just a number and no name . Even calling the office the woman was so pleasant and friendly . Gave me 2 follow up phone calls before the plumber got here . Would DEFINITELY use these guys again . THANK YOU for fixing before my wife got home 😀

Keith came out on a Wednesday to fix an old shower. Water wasn’t coming out and he identified the issue as a bad cartridge.

As it turned out, a relatively simple job turned complex. I am not good enough to correctly get into the details, but he certainly tried his best to give us the easy, cheaper fix but it wasn’t meant to be.

We decided to get the entire shower redone, including the shower head. Let me emphasize that he didn’t pressure us or upsell us. He was giving us the only direction he thought would 100% fix our issue.

He came out the next day and completed the job.

No charge for the first visit, by the way. Only charged us for the visit that resulted in a good outcome.

So while the final charge was more significant than originally imagined (but well within range when I did comparisons), the work was done correctly and instead of the band-aid solution, we have a new shower in place.

Oh and he left the bathroom spotless when the job was completed.

Definitely recommended company.

I recommend Proficient Plumbing for anyone just looking for a great plumber, they have helped me with just about everything from my new hot water heater, kitchen faucet and cleaning my sanitary sewer line to name a few. They are very nice too. I recommend you make them your plumber. Joe R

Even tho it was a holiday weekend, they came within a few hours of my call and my new water heater was installed immediately. Pleasant technician, answered my questions and neat work. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service. They gave me a quick appointment and Kyle was a very professional and experienced plumber and repaired the problem quickly and thoroughly. We have used them many times and will continue to do so.

We had a major clog and knew where it was but did not have tools to reach clog. Proficient came went right where we said and all was fixed in no time.

I had an emergency main line leak at my house. I called Proficient and John was at my house in a few hours and handled everything. He was a very professional and kind man who took the time to try a fewer less costly fixes first to try to save me some money. I really appreciated that. He was able to place new pipe, gaskets and a valve in quickly and now there's no leaks.

Just an awesome company. From my first call today they were super polite and accommodating. They were able to get someone to my house in about a hour. Jose and Ty were awesome! They were polite, honest, quick, and clean. Will absolutely be contacting them with future plumbing needs.

When we woke up this morning with NO hot water, my wife got nervous. After checking the water heater my self, I decided to call a plumber and Proficient was called and came quick. I wanted a water heater done today and they took care of the problem in a couple of hours. Very pleasant tech and informed me of all the issues wrong with my old heater! Everything went smooth! Everyone at Proficient Plumbing handles themselves with professionalism. My hot water heater and pipes froze and burst on January 31 at around 5 o’clock at night. The owner of Proficient Plumbing Came out himself to evaluate the issue andhad a technician there the very next day and got everything working for me immediately. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did and how fast they did it. I would highly recommend them!!!
