Fast, reliable, reasonable. Thank you.

Be aware that they charge you more than what they say initially. They charged me double of what they said over the phone!!!!

EXCELLENT, knowledgeable service! My power vent was not working so my heater and hot water heater stopped working as well. They came right out when called and fixed the problem. HIGHLY recommend!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND.STAY AWAY. The technician who may also appeared to be one of the owners was quoting to repair components that were not damaged. Did a bubble leak test with a system that was out of freon (WTF!) which will not give you an accurate result since the system was out of gas. I requested him to do a nitrogen test and he refused to do it.I asked him how he can rely on a bubble test that did not show any indications of a leak to diagnose a component ? it appeared to me he was was misdiagnosing the failure in order to get the home warranty to pay him for unnecessary repairs and drag the issue. Once I questioned him, he started to get defensive and started, with no basis to accuse other contractors that visited the house of tampering with the system. This is on top of the fact he was an hour late to the appointment. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy simply because I had questioned the diagnosis and the fact that he had not done a nitrogen leak test in order to get a full assurance of what the problem was!! This seems like a tactic employed by this contractor to drag fixing the equipment by repairing components that are not damaged and then recommend a full replacement of the equipment. I had another contractor come to the house and charged the system with gas and was able to identify that the equipment had a major leak on the condenser and that this was not repairable since freon R-22 was being phased out and there were no parts available for this type of unit.

The technician "forgot" about our appointment (while I had a basement full of sewage), had to reschedule. When he finally did arrive, had no idea why he was here, looked at my basement for about a minute, and determined that he couldn't do anything that day. He still charged me the service fee for coming out, and informed my home warranty company that it was a bigger issue, one they wouldn't cover. There was absolutely no way that he could have made that prognosis with NO TOOLS, in under 2 minutes. I'm now out $60, and calling a local PROFESSIONAL instead.

Working with this company was great! They were very responsive and easy to work with. We got both our furnace and ac compressor replaced. Would recommend.

These guys are quick and efficient. They went above and beyond to get my heater fixed at a reasonable price. They are also friendly and patient with customer service. Johnsons & Sons will be first call every time from now on.

These guys installed both a new furnace and a new central air system about a year and a half ago. They were very professional and personable, and they stuck to their initial bid even though things ended up costing a little extra for them through no fault of their own.
Recently, my air conditioning stopped working. They came out within a few hours and expertly assessed the problem, which was actually entirely my fault (I had neglected to change the air filter, which caused residual issues).
All in all, we've had very positive experiences with them and will continue to use them in the future. -
I have a home warranty company that generally is very good with repairs. They dropped the ball when the assigned me a terrible repair contractor TWICE before assigning me Johnson and Sons. Mike is responsive, caring, and truthful in what he says. Their location can be rather far from my house but both time my AC needed service that responded quickly and got us working! I would highly recommend them. 5 stars for sure!

The team came by to install multiple heating ducts/vents for our downstairs. The installation team was very clean and professional. I was working from home while they did the job and I barely noticed they were here. They worked hard to fix previous errors in our heating system and provided quality work. We were very grateful for their reliability to get us heat before the winter set in.

We really enjoyed our experience with Johnson and Sons HVAC. They did an amazing job on the work in our house replacing our heater and hot water heater. It was a long process with SJG rebate program but they stuck through it with us and communicated clearly throughout the process. Their work was very clean, thorough, and professional. I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

This company will lie and say they completed forms that they didn't, will place blame on other companies. Meanwhile we are sitting around wasting a week and a half of our time waiting to fix air conditioner. Would not recommend at all.

Was assigned to me by home warranty company. Called me and spoke with him next day. He listened to my problem. He was nice on the phone. Claimed he couldn’t schedule me at that moment because he wasn’t in the office, but promised to call me back next morning. No call back. Over next three days I left multiple voicemails but no return calls. I felt like he didn’t want to take the job but instead of saying that he just pretended like he would schedule me and never called back. Also think he blocked me on his cell. Like just be honest if you don’t want the work so people aren’t sitting around waiting with no AC.
Addendum- just saw owners response which tries to suggest that I was upset at the advice given. Not at all the case. There was no advice given. I’m upset that I was told I would get a call back and then no call back for 4 days despite me leaving voicemails. It probably took you longer to write your response to this google review than just calling me back. Also you chose to contract with the warranty company for extra business. You can’t have it both ways and just not schedule people when they assign you a case.
