The employees at William C. Fox Heating and Air go above and beyond to help their customers. The technicians I worked with were friendly, prompt and took the time to explain all of my options in terms of HVAC systems in a way that I could understand. They were also up to date on all of the newest HVAC technology, including smartphone controlled thermostats. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make sure their home is heated and cooled comfortably.

Dealt with Fox prior to the merger with Dowd and they kept technicians we dealt with before. Our technician was Howard who did an outstanding professional job as usual.

We had a new out door system and coil installed. Very knowledgeable installers and service technicians. I highly recommend this company if your looking for a honest and reliable service.

A few years ago, Fox HVAC did a great job installing three mini split units in my house. I recently asked them to uninstall the units to get new siding and gutters. They were quick and professional in uninstalling the units, as well as, working with the other contractors when it was time to reinstall the units. They also worked with the siding company to ensure the reinstallation was perfect. I highly recommend Fox HVAC!

William C Fox is a customer service oriented business. During the Memorial Day weekend, Mr. Fox personally drove to a parts manufacturer so that one of his techs could complete the repair and restore the system. The techs are courteous and professional. I highly recommend William C Fox!!

Bill Fox is an honest, experienced and professional business owner. He oversees every job and is "hands on" at every job site! Timely, knowledgeable and thorough. This company goes above and beyond. You get what you pay for in this business, and if you want superior service, knowledgeable and experienced technicians and the job done right- the first time!- this is the company!

Nate was excellent..fixed my ac super fast and in time for the upcoming heatwave. Nate was very curtious and wore a mask and shoe coverings without asking. I initially paid a tech $300 and after he left my air was still not working. Nate fix my ac then waited to ensure it did not go off. Superb service all around.

I always feel confident that my HVAC systems are going to see me through the coming seasons whenever Howard Fox comes for my bi-annual checkups. He's thorough, efficient, answers all my questions, and makes sure the heater or the AC is ready to go for the coming season.

Awesome awesome! Spoke to owner for set up super friendly guy that you would probably drink beer with! His HVAC guy that came out was another awesome guy. Super thorough, great educator of what to do and look out for and just felt a great vibe all the way around. Will definitely recommend and do further business with them.

Owner Bill Fox was a straight shooter - no BS sales tactics, complete transparency and willingness to help. Technician Josh was on time, friendly and knowledgeable - and had the job done in less than 30 minutes. Fox HVAC came highly recommended from a family member based on honesty and quality of their work and they will certainly be my choice the next time I have an HVAC need. We woke up to a cold house. Our call was addressed with speed and efficiency. Josh arrived on time. He assessed our situation. Discussed our options and completed the repair in a timely manner.

An outstanding A/C heat pump system, and beautiful work installing it. Before the installation, I had to wonder if it was going to be as good as I'd been told by Mr. Fox. The answer: yes-- if anything it was better. During the installation, the guys were all incredibly helpful and professional. The system itself is extremely easy to use and incredibly energy-efficient. I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend this company, and this equipment, to anyone considering an upgrade in their heating and cooling.

Fox heating was great. I had an issue with my air conditioner. Within 30 minutes they were at my door and fixed it. Great company to do business with. All of the guys are personable as well as very easy to deal with. Thanks again fox heating.

Josh was great! He had no problem at all locating the issue to fix my a/c unit on one of the hottest weekends of the year so far. This was a Sunday morning emergency dispatch call and Fox heating & cooling was very responsive. No complaints.

Dowd-Fox came out on time and very thorough. I had a heater tune up and Howard took his time to make sure everything was in excellent working order. They had also come out last fall to install new Trane HVAC system and water heater. The team is professional, neat and explained how everything worked. Would definitely recommend Dowd-Fox

Our hot water heater had died. Spoke with Bill about options and we went with a new tankless water heater, which was a great recommendation. They were out right away and the installation was professionally done. I would highly recommend them.
