Reviews of local pros in Caldwell, New Jersey

LintMetrics found the booster fan completely jammed with lint and barely turning. After clearing the fan and the entire duct run my dryer performance improved. I learned something I genuinely did not know and LintMetrics caught something most companies probably would have walked right past.

After my wife passed I was handling everything in the house on my own for the first time in 40 years. The dryer started taking forever and I just kept adding extra cycles because I did not know what else to do. My neighbor suggested calling LintMetrics and they came out without any fuss. The technician was patient and kind and explained everything he was doing. Turned out the vent had not been cleaned in years. One cycle dries everything now and I felt like I handled something on my own. Small win but those matter a lot these days.

I recently installed a new vent cover outside and wanted to make sure everything inside was clear. LintMetrics handled the dryer vent cleaning in Caldwell.

They were on time and worked efficiently. It gave me peace of mind knowing the system is clean and working properly.

We had a weird situation where the laundry room door would rattle slightly when the dryer was running. LintMetrics came out and checked the dryer duct cleaning. The technician found a blockage causing pressure buildup and cleared it out. The noise is gone now and everything feels normal again. Great attention to detail.

Someone advised us to insulate the dryer vent with excess insulation for soundproofing. It just kept the heat in, and the lint baked onto the walls of the pipe. LintMetrics in Caldwell did dryer vent cleaning and removed the baked-on debris and educated me about airflow (not insulation) is what really quiets a vent.

The outside vent was stuck open because of a thick piece of lint. LintMetrics cleaned the vent completely and removed the lint. They also installed a special magnetic cover that stays closed when the dryer is off. Now the dryer works much better.

I was really impressed with how fast they got me on the schedule when I told them my dryer was acting up. The technician from LintMetrics was very friendly and he did a great job making sure the area was clean before he left. This was a great choice for my dryer vent cleaning.

We were trying to get a CO (Certificate of Occupancy) to rent out our basement apartment in Caldwell and the inspector failed us for too many bends in the dryer vent line. LintMetrics didn't just do a dryer vent cleaning, they rebuilt the run to be shorter and more efficient. The air flow speed increased 3 fold and we passed city inspection the very next day.

The service was top notch and the person who came to help was very knowledgeable about my specific dryer model. He took his time to make sure every bit of lint was gone from the pipe. It is a big relief to know my house is safer from fire risks now. I highly recommend them for any vent cleaning needs in Caldwell.

I was doing some outdoor maintenance and noticed barely any air coming out of my dryer exhaust cap. Something was clearly wrong. LintMetrics came out and found the vent line was HEAVILY restricted with buildup from years of use. They cleared everrything out completely and the airflow from the cap went back to strong and steady. Catching it during a routine check before it caused a bigger problem felt like a real win. LintMetrics handled it quickly and professionally from start to finish.
