0 stars if possible. I wouldn’t know how bad their company was because they never showed up. Instead they call me an hour after my appointment window saying my part never came in, after they told me it were due to arrive 4 days prior to my appointment. Also, they never even looked at my tv so how do they know what part to order? Stay away from this company and shame on Samsung to even allow this company to represent them
