Sayed was super knowledgeable and explained everything to me bit by bit. He worked HARD. Sweating and all. He literally had his whole body in one of my vents to the point that my 3 year old asked what he was doing in there. I felt bad as if he wasn't getting paid for the services, LOL. He CLEANED my vents and ducts. Very happy!

About 3 weeks ago, I called Sears Duct Cleaning services and left a message to have my duct cleaned, as I was unable to speak with someone live; however, I did not get a response. A week later, I called them back and managed to speak with someone to set-up an appointment for Thursday, 8/6/20 between the hours of 1pm to 4pm. Obviously, I scheduled the appointment in the afternoon because I work late and usually arrive home about 2am. Nonetheless, on the morning of the scheduled appointment, (Thursday at about 9am), I started receiving several phone calls from Sears telling me that they have a Serviceman by my house door because several other customers cancelled their morning appointments. Although I agreed to allow the Serviceman in my house, he was so obnoxious, thuggish, tried to give me an estimate which was twice the amount quoted to me by his company, and also made me feel like he was doing me a favor by coming to house to service my duct. As such, I respectfully requested him to leave the house and called Sears Customer Service to file a complaint. In fact, it took me over an hour to find someone to speak with, since the company seems to be totally disorganized. With that said and out of desperation, I started calling some of the duct cleaning companies I found online. Needless to say, these companies do not usually answer their phones, but I was lucky to have Sarah with the Legend Air Duct Cleaning company answer my call. Although she was heavily booked that day, she offered to send Sayed to my house very late after hearing my story about Sears; especially, because I took a day off to have the job done. Sarah was terrific and kept updating me about Sayed's arrival time. Upon Sayed's arrival, he immediately won my trust with his warm, kind, honesty, knowledge, patience, and professionalism. Although I felt bad that it was late and asked him to do the best he can and go home to his family, he declined my offer and took the time to perform the task in a very efficient way. Undoubtedly, I was prepared to pay a higher price because of the late hour, but Sayed charged me the same price that was quoted to me by Sarah. As a leader and instructor in the hospitality industry, it takes a lot to impress me with service, but Sarah and Sayed certainly exceeded all my expectations with the integrity and ethics.

Saeed was very patient punctual very thorough about his observations and took his time to do his work to the fullest of his ability. I had a service window from 2 to 3pm today and he showed up 10 minutes to 2. He took his time and service my whole house for everything that I have required and then some that was absolutely necessary that I needed to address not adding on things just to make more money and I'm glad he brought it to my attention. I would definitely continue to do business with saeed he now has a long time customer. If you're looking for someone honest very thorough and takes pride in their work and their company call Legndary Air Duct Cleaning located in Carteret New Jersey and they also do other things as well you definitely will not regret hiring Saeed for the needs of your home. Syed was absolutely amazing. He helped us get a dead rodent out of our vents and spent 9 hours trying to help us find another in our bathroom. He fixed our ceiling perfectly and then cleaned and deodorized everything. Timely, thorough and an absolute pleasure. I cannot say enough good things about him and Legends’s operation.

Saif the technician was an extremely hard worker and he was thorough with cleaning the whole HVAC system ducts and vents. He spent many hours to make sure the job was done correctly and stayed late way after standard work hours (keep this assurance in mind if they arrive towards the end of the appt window). Also Sayed was efficient to work with over the phone and valued our business. Definitely will call them for all my ducts/vents needs.

Legend Air Duct Cleaning came out and did a fantastic job for us today. We highly recommend this service for your home. They showed us how to care for our vents and will come every year to clean our dryer vent.

Sayed (sorry if I spelled wrong) was thorough, professional and went above and beyond when he cleaned my house top to bottom.

After some rescheduling he was able to come to my house to do an inspection prior to quoting me for the job. He offered to let me "shop" the quote around to compare with others but I told him that I won't do that simply because I do not believe in cheap labor. I believe in getting what you paid for and I want to pay for good work. No haggling on my part, we shook on it and he went to work.

I think it's too early to say that the cleaning will get rid of all my allergy issues but I am confident that we are better off now after the cleaning. I will definitely use Sayed again and will recommend his services to anyone who needs duct cleaning.

I had duct cleaning yesterday by Sayed. He was truly the most kind , honest & professional serviceman. I felt confident in his ability to provide excellent care & he took the time to explain each step in the process.
In addition, he was able to detect black mold in our electrical return system, something that was missed during our most recent home inspection! He is truly a hard worker and did not stop, working thru the whole day! I highly recommend Legend and especially Sayed.

Every 2 years my chimney/ dryer vents need to be cleaned and inspected and submitted to my HOA. This is the first time that the servicemen have taken the time to explain and show everything that they were doing. He was thorough, polite, informative, and made sure to clean up any residual mess left behind from the fireplace and/or vents.

This was the second time I had Legend to my home. The first time was for a dryer vent cleaning. I had scheduled Legend Air Duct Cleaning services for my house earlier this week. I wanted 'whole house duct cleaning' and 'furnace cleaning' done. Legend promptly sent me a reminder the previous day to confirm my appointment.
Saif from Legend arrived on time and spent over 3-1/2 hours systematically and meticulously doing everything that was necessary to get the ducts, the HVAC chambers, vents and returns thoroughly cleaned.
Saif's work was of the highest quality. He did not scrimp on anything.
Spent as much time as was required to vacuum and clean and sanitize each vent and return in my house.
