I have had the pleasure of working with Everton & Dobbs Construction on several projects within our school building, and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Throughout the entire process on each, they proved to be incredibly reliable, consistently delivering excellent work that exceeded expectations.

From the start, their team demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate the challenges that often accompany construction projects, especially within the constraints of a school environment. They met extremely tight deadlines without compromising the quality of their work. Hello everyone.
We owe our beautiful home to Everton and his amazing team. We're first time homeowners, and after finally getting out of the rat race of trying to find a home in early 2024, we feared that we might have bitten off more than we could chew given the vast amount of work that our recently-purchased home needed.
We spent months interviewing different contractors, and after being stood up in different ways (contractors simply not showing up to scheduled meetings, proposals that never arrived, etc.) we finally met Everton and his team and knew he was different. His punctuality, honesty, and willingness to go beyond truly made him stand out. If Everton said something would be done on a certain date, or by a certain time, you could rest assured that his word or promise would be kept.
We underwent a vast gut renovation of our home, with both our first floor and basement being completely gutted down to the studs, totally remodeled and re-architected, and we managed to stay on budget and move into the home of our dreams. I'm attaching some before and after pictures to this message to show the vastness of the work. We've been living in the home post-construction for close to 7 months and the house still looks brand new.

Everton Dobbs is a diamond in the rough. He and his team helped us with a huge project this spring - completely re-doing our front porch, gutting and refinishing two stairwells, adding a laundry closet, building a new closet, and generally catching everyone else’s mistakes. While we hired them just for construction, I would definitely bring him in sooner next time. He was prompt, professional, communicates clearly, and helped us make good choices on finer details and materials. When permits were challenging, he stayed on top of it and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Most importantly, he really takes pride in the quality of his work and went the extra mile to make things look nice.

Dobbs Construction did an outstanding job on a full gut renovation of 6,000 sq ft of commercial space for us, transforming it into a beautiful upscale environment. The project included everything from electrical demo and replacement of a 3-phase system, to plumbing, framing, sheetrock, stairs, flooring, and painting. They came in after another contractor was fired for poor workmanship, and the difference was night and day.

Dobbs Construction is the absolute best out there. We hired them for a very large renovation of our 1907 home. There were many challenges, and Everton and Nick and their team stuck with us the whole time. We never had a single days delay that was due to them. This impressed me greatly because the work stopped due to permits and the architect, but Dobbs was always ready to resume construction when we were ready. They did a beautiful job. Our renovation included complete gut of 80% of the house. They added a primary bedroom and bathroom on 3rd floor. Renovated the 2nd floor bathroom and made a new half bath on the 1st floor. Rebuilt the stairs. Added central heating and A/C and completely re-designed the first floor layout. They also built gorgeous custom bookshelf (pictured) and units with dressers to fit under the eaves in the attic. They were honest, professional, respectful and even fun to work with. We highly recommend! We wouldn't call anyone else for our renovation needs.
