Hired from lowes marble company very good the women we worked with is very nice went out of her way to get us the wright color even went to there showroom beautiful place I do recommend using ingredients this company

I normally don't write reviews, but I recently had my kitchen renovated and searched various granite places before a friend recommended Ilkem. We just couldn't find the right color granite or a place that had quick turnaround. Tabby helped us and she was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly, as were the gentlemen who came out to template. The whole process was so efficient and quick, and they delivered on the time frames they promised. The granite is beautiful and the install was perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Ilkem!

Shelbi at the Berlin location was so helpful and patient with helping me make the best choice for me. After finalizing my choice, the process was quick to template and install. Everyone along way was super helpful and so happy with my new countertop!

Ilkem Marble and Granite went above and beyond to get the perfect Dekton, beautiful recycled glass and virtually indestructible, countertop for our kitchen. After looking at several other stone and granite business, Ilkem had the largest selection and best price for the product I chose. They also delivered my countertops in three days, not three weeks like other places said. When problems arose, they repeatedly took care of them quickly and with utmost professionalism! Second time using Ilkem for our counter top needs. From wide selection of various types of stone, style and color Ilkem by far was best for all those reasons and there pricing was past very fair! I recommend ILKEM Marble and Granite. They were quick to respond, come out to measure and install the countertops. All the workers were very professional and always asked questions when needed.

We had such a positive all around experience with Ilkem. We met with Kathy and she helped us find the vanity top we wanted. From there the installation team came to first measure for the top, then a few days later it was installed. The crew that installed the new top completed their job in one hour. It looks great and we are very happy with it and the entire process. Thank you all at Ilkem for everything you did. We appreciate it.

Wish i could give a no star review. I went to ILKEM in Berlin...picked out a awesome slab for my backsplash in my kitchen with very minimal veining in it...the backsplash was installed and looked great except for two pieces...after calling them they did come out to fix the one small piece that was around my sink...however when i said the long piece that runs across the back of the stove needs to be replace because its all white with only a few spots of veining and does not look right. (The slab i picked had two long strips of veining in it. ) They used the one long strip behind my dishwasher wall. but the other long strip that was on the slab they did not use.(see attached pictures) I spoke to the fabricator who was...well lets just say not the most friendliness person to talk to (and sucks as a fabricator) said basically theres nothing he can do. I ended up calling the the main store in Cherry Hill and spoke to the General Manager of the store who was really nice...she emailed me back and said they could not cut on an diagonal...(I kinda know you cant cut slabs on a diagonal) And if i wanted it fixed...it would cost 13 sq ft @$89 = 1157 + (2) outlets cuts @50 = $1257 so basically i would have gone from paying $3,000 to $4,000 for my kitchen backsplash. You can see by the attached picture...circled in purple is the veining they could have used...and the red line is the "L" cut they could have done. As someone who works for one of the major TV broadcast networks i was tempted to possibly reach out to the local affiliate here in Philly and do story on my experience in dealing with this company but realize there bottom line is not about the customers satisfaction but there own wallet. I would not recommend this place.

From visiting the warehouse to choose our stone through the process of the at home templating and then viewing the stone to say what part we wanted placed where and then the install to finished product, was a great experience. Everyone we had contact with made us feel our project was important to them. We would recommend Ilkem 1000 percent!

Referred by a buddy went there on a Friday, picked out the marble and sink, 2 hours later they came out and the template. Installation was 6 days later. 930 am 3 guys show up everything fit like a glove. No nonsense they knocked it out of the park. The whole process was easy like 1 2 3.....💯💯💯
