Reading the reviews, I'm flabbergasted at some of them. When we called & were quoted an amount for the repairs to our home, they were comparable to other companies.
We went with them because of their customer service & the expertise with the gentleman Jason.
He came through, got the information & quote handle . We chose them to complete the tasks & are very happy with the end result.

When reading the negative remarks, take them as that's persons PO . Contact them, have them come out & give you a quote & make a choic . There will always be people to bash a company. But, people that are pleased don't always post.
So, if you're a happy customer as we are, take the time & let others know.

I had leaking and ceiling damage. Natural restoration came out within 30 minutes. Jules was my Contact person and walked me through everything. Would recommend these guys for services!

National Restoration was wonderful during the recent clean up of my home after a fire. They were very respectful and did a thorough cleaning. Afterwards there was little evidence my home had smoke damage. They went the extra mile - changing light bulbs and raking my leaves. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

National Restoration cleaned up water damage in my basement on Christmas Eve. I was so grateful that they came out quickly on a day when many businesses are closed. When they arrived and saw the extend of the damage, they called in additional resources and equipment. Everyone was respectful, professional and kept me informed on what they were doing and why. Their cleanup was complete, garbage hauled away and fans and dehumidifiers left in place to dry up the moisture. I highly recommend them, especially for an emergency.

Mark & John were great! The crew that came to dry out the water damage were professional & worked diligently. I would use National Restoration again if the need arose.

John Marroni has been so kind and helpful. We had a fire in a commercial building and since John came on board We have had no worries. He has helped in ways I wasn’t sure if I should ask him to. Mark and his crew came out to my house within an hour of coming home to a disaster. The plumber I called told me to call them because of the extensive damage. I’m glad I did. They were quick, skilled and courteous.

National restoration was a wonderful company to work with. They came out to remediate water damage in a Sunday, worked with our insurance company to get us the full amount for our loss, and worked quickly and effectively to restore our home. I highly recommend them.

Nobody wants to have to deal with a flooded house at any time, especially when your insurance does not cover it like my situation turned out to be. National Restoration was extremely responsive and communicative with me throughout the entire process. They showed up the same day on a Sunday after I called about my basement flooding.
