I hired this company to remove an above ground pool from my back yard. All my dealings were with company owner, Matt. Right from the start I knew I had made the right decision. Matt promptly returned my calls and texts and was clear on his proposed scope of work and price. Matt showed up when he promised and did an excellent job removing the pool, back filling the area with clean dirt, leveling and finally reseeding the entire area with grass seed. Matt was really terrific to work with and is genuinely a nice guy. If you want an above ground pool removed, Matt/Pier One Excavation is who I highly recommend you hire.

Needed a 30+ year-old above-ground pool removed. Contacted several other contractors: either I didn’t hear back or they weren’t interested. Matt contacted me right away, worked with me on scheduling, and did a great job at a good price. Highly recommended.

They showed up right on time and even told me when they were heading over. Once they arrived they did an inspection on the mark out that was done. They were professional and very knowledgeable about the work. When digging the hole they were very careful of the surrounding area. The sewer pipe replacement was handled very nicely and they kept me updated if anything popped up. Once they work was done they made sure everything was working as intended before filling the hole back in. I was very satisfied with the work and would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done.

Tier One Demolition did an amazing job in removing my 21-foot round pool with 3-section deck and landscaping rock. Matt was very responsive in communicating with me, and very respectful of my property. He needed to remove a section of my cedar fence and a rosebush in order to access my pool. Both were put back as if they were never touched! Also he leveled the ground and spread grass seed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have an above ground pool removed!
