Troy and Carlos have come to our house twice to help with our sprinklers and we are very happy with their services! They are much better than the last company we used and we highly recommend them

I have used Emerald Lawn Sprinklers for the past 10 years. Just today, they opened my system for the spring season. Despite massive issues caused due to recent digging by American Water Company and PSE&G, the team of Vinnie and Orbys handled the situation professionally. They were able to quickly diagnose the issues and repaired the system as fast as possible. Emerald Lawn Sprinklers definitely came through for me and I would recommend them to anyone.

I've had my sprinkler services with Emerald Lawn Sprinklers for a few years now and their service has always been awesome. Nesto and Max came over to do my last service request and highly recommend them.

Alex and Justin are very nice and professional. We got a new house and they helped us start and test Emerald Sprinkler, installed the new control panel and rain sensor. They also helped me set up WiFi and Rainbird app so that i am able to do everything on my phone.

The installation itself went fine. But it is NIGHTMARE to work with the ladies on the phone. They talk to you SO RUDELY and with ARROGANCE as if they are doing some charity work. I have had to call them numerous times to follow up on permits and swapping the complimentary service with de-winterizing the sprinkler system and every time I have to deal with the CONDESCENDING tone. It is not worth the hassle to go with this company for the sprinkler system needs. Even a DMV rep would treat you with better respect, if you know what I mean. Please have some BASIC customer service etiquette.

These guys got out quick and since they had done great work in the past for the sellers of our home we just recently purchased, it was a done deal we’d use them to check up on the system. There were a few issues the sellers had kinda ignored for awhile that we needed repaired and they did it the day of the initial visit. Looking forward to getting this system going now so flowers and plants stay beautiful and the grass stays green in this heat wave!
