Today we had SeeClear come to our home and do what is called crown cleaning to the cherry tree in our back yard.This tree is a nice tree, but it had alot of dead branches throughout. We have been wanting to get this done for quite a long time, I just want to say that the three gentlemen who did the work were very polite and very good at what they do. ZACK,PEDRO and MARTIN , I believe are their names. The job looks great and my husband and I cannot thank them enough for a stellar job. Also I would like to send our thanks to PAUL, THE OWNER OF SEE CLEAR. A NICE YOUNG MAN. (MARCH 18, 2020)

Removed 3 trees, ground stumps and filled in with top soil and trimmed 3 other trees. Price was fair. Extensive damage was done to the lawn by heavy equipment and two shrubs were squashed. One of the underground sprinkler lines was also broken. When I complained, Paul promptly responded. They immediately called in a sprinkler contractor who repaired the broken line. They spread fresh, top-quality top soil over most of the front yard, the side yard and half the back yard and put down new seed. Two months later, I have a new, green lawn and all is good. Overall, they were more responsive than other contractors who delayed the start of work to gain other new work. They showed up when planned and completed the work on time.

We had a tree removed as part of solar installation. The work was to include tree removal, clean up and stump removal. See clear did not call to schedule they just called and told us they were coming. They came into our yard and just started working. They showed up late and stated they would have to come back in two days to remove logs in yard. They left our gate open after work was done. As a dog owner this is a huge problem. They then came back the the next day with no notification, removed logs and again left our gate open. The stump was not removed. I called and left two voicemail and got no response. I then had to call the solar company I contracted with to get them to contact see clear and I was told see clear would Call me in a few minutes. I did not receive a call back. I understand I may not be the one paying for the service but that does not mean I should be left out of the loop or should recieve poor customer service. With so many companies to choose from your better off choosing one who will provide better customer service.
Update: general manager gave me a call back and apologized for leaving gates open and miscommunications. He explained the restrictions on service placed by solar companies budget. After speaking to solar company and getting stump grinding approval, grinding is to be scheduled within next 1-3 weeks. I appreciate the response from management and look forward to improving review upon completion of work.

Stump grinding has been completed and the work was done professionally. I appreciate the response I received from management to promptly resolve the issues we previously had.
