We recently bought a new house and had a long list of things that needed to be fixed before we could move in. It was a headache, but Sean from Superior Construction Solutions really came through. Front door / storm door install

Communication - Sean was very easy to communicate with. He provided a material list to me in advance of the project so I could purchase them myself which ended up saving me money. He coordinated with me promptly regarding changes to the work schedule.

Quality - Sean fixed an unsightly, improperly installed front door that didn’t not latch properly and was drafty. He fixed the exterior brick molding, the jamb, the interior trim, the floor transition, and the latch. He also installed a storm door for me that required custom cuts and modifications. My front door is now looking flawless and functioning perfectly.

Price - He provided an estimate that was spot on with the final cost. No unexpected expenses or unplanned labor/scope. His prices are definitely reasonable, especially given the quality of his work.

Professionalism - Sean and his son were at my house for about 5 hours and they had to deal with my dog and 2 little kids running around all day. They kept their work area clean and safe and were very pleasant to have around for the day. Felt like a friend / good neighbor from the beginning.

Superior Construction worked under a tight time frame to complete a bathroom project for us. They remodeled the bathroom to be handicap accessible, removing the tub and shower, and replacing it with a beautiful custom tiled shower, complete with multiple hand rails, and also upgraded the vanity, faucet and floor. It turned out beautiful.

Sean really cares about his work. He has no problem answering questions or explaining why he recommends what he does. You will not get a better price as far quality work is concerned. When he replaced my floors you could tell hes done this many times before and knows what hes doing. Its done right and its done with care. You can tell the pride he has for his work as it shows. Brilliant work!

Sean and his team did an amazing job turning our leaky tub in our master bedroom into a fully tiled shower and installed a glass shower door. Their attention to detail is superior.
