Constraction reviews in Cliffside Park, New Jersey

Id give 6 stars if it was an option. Jonathan and his full team are top notch. Got connected him with him to install a door and it turned out to be much more. Wish i met him before i began my renovations. Highly recommend to everyone and anyone. You will be happy you called him. Thank you!

Jonathan and his crew were amazing! They hold themselves to a standard of perfection and think about all of the little fine details that normally go unnoticed. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs to get any work done!

Most people consider themselves extremely lucky when the contractor they've hired gets the job done well, on time and within budget. Jhomar did all this and more. They arrived early and stayed late. They were meticulous, cleaning up after themselves and their work without problem. If they noticed little issues which werent spelled out in the contract, they fixed them without fanfare. And they were always nice and always reachable. I was so happy with their work, I intend to use them for another home of mine.

So far this company has been the best experience since the start of our renovation.
Jonatan showed up exactly when he said he would for the estimate. As promised a week later I had the estimate in my inbox.
They are the epitome of efficient, hard working professionals - completed everything in 2 days to the perfection. The quality is outstanding as I tried to find anything that I wouldn’t like (I always find something, but not this time lol). They did a total cleanup when the job was complete and that’s what’s blown me away - if only not my new joists I wouldn’t even be able to tell that there was anyone working at all. I’ve never seen a contractor who picked up EVERY SINGLE DEBRIS from the job-site. It’s such a rarity to find a contractor that is trying to do the job to the perfection - usually they just want to get paid and get away, the quality and tidiness is the last thing they care. I wish there were more companies working in a similar fashion. Will definitely hire them for my future projects. Thank you

Jon and his guys are the highest quality of professionals. They are honest, they work diligently, and they do everything they say they will. We hired them to redo a kitchen and stabilize the flooring in a multi-family we own and they surpassed our expectations in terms of both time and quality. We'll be using them again very soon.

I hired Jonatan (Jhomar Development) to do my home improvement after going through and interviewing 3-4 other contractors I felt most comfortable with him considering he was very responsive and reasonable cost. At beginning i was worried like any other homeowner but now that project is complete I only have good things to say about him and his crew. He performed demolition of floor and kitchen, new floor tile and backsplash, kitchen appliances and fittings, painting skim coating and misc work at my condo and I am very happy and pleased the way he handled the process and communicates. He keeps you in loop and try to work with your schedule. Work done was not only quick but same time accommodating all our request. I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend a friend. Great Job.

After calling 3 references which were outstanding, I hired Jhomar Developments to renovate my master bathroom. From start to finish, everything was professionally completed with keen attention to detail. The entire renovation stayed within the established timeline and budget. I would highly rate recommend them as your next contractor.

We hired Jhomar Developments for a gut renovation on our 100 year old kitchen and now we have a beautiful modern/classic kitchen! I interviewed many contractors but Jhomar was very informative, genuine, and honest so I went with my feeling and hired them. As soon as they started the job, they took care of everything from construction, plumbing, and electical work. They were prompt and timely with their service and communicated every detail with me. As far as workmanship, they just cannot be beat. They pay careful attention to the little details that other contractors may just pass over and this is what sets them apart. Having a trustworhy contractor is the most important factor in any renovation and Jhomar developments is the best you will get! If you are considering them, do not hestitate!

Jhomar Development did an incredible job on the full renovation of my 1300sqft coop in just 3 weeks! I own three other properties so this was my 6th kitchen and 8th bathroom renovation -- having worked with many other contractors, I would choose Jhomar again and again. The quality of their work, their attention to the fine details, and their professionalism are impressive. Moreover, Jonathan and this brothers are kind, truthworthy, and highly skilled craftmen. Just first rate all around!

I'm an interior designer based out of Jersey City and call Jonathan first for any of my renovation based projects. He is always professional and a pleasure to work with, despite the chaotic nature that can sometimes come with the job. His attention to detail and care for every project he takes on is amazing- I truly could not recommend him more!

We contracted Jhomar Developments for a kitchen and bathroom remodel after a strong recommendation from a neighbor. We are extremely happy with the completed projects. Jonathan and his crew are professional, efficient, reliable and hardworking. Jonathan was always available to quickly respond to any of our concerns. The end result is we stayed within budget and the projects both came out beautiful and above expectations. We strongly recommend Jhomar Developments and we plan on using them for future projects.

Jonathan has made my bathroom shower remodel easy and stress free. Jon and his crew worked every day until the work was done and made sure they took care of dust control as I was living through the construction in an apartment. Jonathan uses the most current techniques for waterproofing and the tile work was exceptional. Clean cuts and great tile work. I would recommend to anyone looking to remodel a bathroom. Work was completed on time with white glove service. Thanks Jhomar team!

We interviewed over a dozen different contractors for our kitchen renovation. We selected Jonathan for a number of reasons. Foremost we thought he would be honest and not add unexpected items to the bill. We also thought he did good quality work. Given these two qualities we went with him. The job turned out excellent and Jonathan lived up to our expectations. Jonathan is not the type of contractor who would nickel and dime you. He provided great communication and services from the estimate to completion. He was always very responsive and immediately answered any questions. His team was very professional, clean and always showed up on time. We are very happy with our new kitchen. If we have future renovations, we will not hesitate to contact him and will certainly recommend their services to anyone!

When I say this is the most meticulous high-end construction company I have ever encountered and I'm in the construction field I'm a plumber. The attention to detail is second to none. Jonathan was easy to collaborate with had great input at his execution was unbelievable I can't stress enough how happy I am with Jhomar. Jonathan comes onto job sites himself to ensure quality control not to mention his crews are very clean and professional themselves. 10 out of 10

Johnathan and his crew have been stellar getting my basement bathroom Wheelchair accessible, thoughtful about placement of fixtures to accommodate. Worked through some unexpected unrelated leaks and some miscommunications as well to make good on a beautiful and functional result!

Jonatan and his team are the best! I’ve hired them 2x, to paint and remodel my kitchen at my duplex condo in Port Imperial again recently to paint and freshen up my condo in Chatham, NJ. Hired them twice, and twice I’ve been a happy customer! I’m not an easy customer…super detail oriented, over communicate, very much in the weeds, and Jhomar’s crew exceed my expectations every time. Jonatan is committed to excellence and he’s very patient and the work they do is always top-notch. Even my mom, who’s a notoriously demanding client, recommends them to our whole family. I highly recommend Jhomar as a contractor!!!

I hired Jonathan for 2 complete bathroom remodels. This company is the definition of professionalism and I am very pleased with his attention to detail and the quality of his work! They were here on time each day, worked hard and ensured the jobs were completed on schedule. Jonathan was always available and responsive to communication. Whenever an issue arose, he made sure it got taken care of quickly and without adding time or cost to the job. He and his team are truly exceptional and I cannot recommend them enough! - Barbara

Jonathan and the Jhomar Crew are exceptional when it comes to detail. Being in real estate, I work with various contractors and can attest to the fact that for the quality of work and how respectful their crew is of your property, the prices are fair and you get above and beyond what other contractors charge for. Highly recommend their services!

We used Jhomar Developments for our basement and bathroom renovations and we can't say enough great things about our experience! Jonathan and his team are top-notch.
From start to finish, Jonathan was communicative and set clear expectations.
His team was always punctual, efficient, and tidy. Jonathan's expertise helped us in making important decisions throughout the design and execution processes.
We passed inspections with flying colors, which kept our project on schedule. We even needed to leave for a one week vacation and Jonathan and his team proved to be trustworthy and diligent, working in our house, while we were away.
Lastly, I must add that Jonathan is an honest individual. We mistakenly overpaid him, and Jonathan immediately caught the error and promptly returned our check. For all of these reasons, I highly recommend Jhomar Developments. Thank you, Jonathan, for a wonderful experience.

In response to an unexpected family member’s passing, my wife and I found ourselves facing an unexpected renovation project. Given our previous unfortunate experiences, we were uncertain about how to locate a reliable contractor. Fortunately, we came across Jonathon’s business and read numerous positive reviews.
Jonathon’s team visited our home for a walkthrough inspection and promptly provided us with an estimate. We compared their services with those of other companies and ultimately decided to work with Jonathon’s team.
Jonathon’s team consistently demonstrated exceptional work ethic, starting early each morning and working full days. They were highly respectful and have exceptional skills. They delegated plumbing and electrical tasks to separate contractors, (no extra charges) fulfilling a promise we’d received but not seen fulfilled by previous contractors who’d done them themselves and failed to meet our expectations.
While we encountered a few minor issues initially due to the age and condition of our home, Jonathon promptly addressed these concerns rather than neglecting them. We are immensely satisfied with the outcome of the renovation. Initially, we had anticipated a project duration of approximately eight weeks, which was met with accuracy. Jonathon’s exceptional workmanship and attention to detail restored our confidence and resulted in a beautiful renovation that we will cherish for years to come. We have no hesitation in recommending Jonathon’s services to anyone seeking a reliable and skilled contractor.

This contractor exceeded my expectations in every way. They're meticulous about quality, never sacrificing accuracy for speed or cost. The price is fair and the expertise is impressive - they've handled complex projects with ease. I'd give them more than five stars if that were possible.
