I was referred to Rudi/Sentra Services through a coworker who had used him not once, but twice for home painting. We used him mainly for painting, but also to replace old trim/baseboard in two of the three rooms being painted.
Rudi was everything my coworker raved about - personable, professional, fast, and reasonably-priced. He had a team of professionals who worked together efficiently and got the job done well within what he had quoted to us (because of our tight time window, getting it done quickly was high on our list of bid criteria), and every day he was on site for at least part of the time overseeing things to make sure everything was as it should be. Before he took payment on the final day, he asked us to take our time going around to make sure everything was done to our liking (or point out anything we wanted addressed). It's these little details and touches that make for a great provider and loyal customers.
Rudi is already hired for the next major painting job we will be doing in a year or so, because there's no need to look anywhere else. PRO TIP: As is the case with most great providers, his services are in high demand, so plan ahead and book with him well in advance (we consulted with him in May for a job that we wanted to have started and finished in early July).
