I needed a solution for the fast-growing jungle of weeds alongside my 130-year-old end row house in Jersey City. Danny and his team at Arcila Landscaping did a great and professional job for a reasonable price. They dug out the weeds, placed weed barrier, then covered it with river rock. They also repaired and pressure washed my small patio, taking care not to disturb the neighborhood fauna. I was at work, and Danny even sent me photos of the finished job before he left the site. Additionally, he was able to schedule me reasonably quickly, with only two weeks from the estimate to the job. Highest recommendation.

I feel lucky to have found Danny and his landscaping company. I wanted to replace overgrown bushes in the front of my house and redesign the area. Danny gave me a very fair price, showed up when he said he would and did a great job. He also did a spring clean up and trimmed some other bushes. I also love the way he cleaned up everything before leaving. I‘ve already referred two other people to him, something I would never do unless I was 110% satisfied. Thank you, Danny! Highly recommend this company. I needed to clean and pave a section of my front yard under the stairs that has been filled with river rocks. Danny and his crew did a great job moving the river rocks to other sections of my yard and paved with concrete the area. They did the job quickly without sacrificing quality. The best part is the cost is very competitive compared to other companies that provided quotes. Will certainly hire again on future projects. Providing before and after pictures.

I just had Danny and his assistant cut and trim a few trees on my property. They were prompt and did the job. Danny was very helpful and listened while I explained what I wanted. He also was honest in telling me what he cannot do. I appreciate that. Danny also took the time to collect all the clippings and clean up the area before he left. They did a fantastic job with a yard cleanup. They disposed of everything afterwards. The owner is very friendly and will explain everything thoroughly to you during the quote when they come out. They worked hard and my dog is thrilled to have more yard to run around in now! Great work!

We hired Danny to resod our backyard for over $1,000. He was friendly and gave us watering and mowing instructions, which we followed. We had the lawn mowed a few weeks after his recommended date—partly because we were chasing him down to find a time to come out. Despite all this, the lawn dried out within weeks, weeds took over, and it now looks worse than before. Other lawn pros confirmed the issue wasn’t the mowing delay but likely the installation. When we reached out, Danny said fixing it would cost another $500+, with little willingness to work with us. Nice guy, but the quality and follow-up were very disappointing.

Before going with Danny, I've had previous landscapers and always had some type of issue. But now that I have found Danny I am extremely happy with their workmanship and especially their honesty. They also communicate very well which is very important factor for me. Thank you Danny and your team for everything.
